The apartments themselves are amazing. Claudia is super respectful and so kind. My daughters enjoy seeing her when she is delivering notices. They do allow pets (cats and some dogs - breed restrictions). So thankful for this. The upstairs units have vaulted ceilings while the downstairs obviously don't. Each unit has a stacked Washer/Dryer, 2 bathrooms, a separate dining area, your own PARKING garage, and it's right across the lake. So why the 3 stars? Well, PARKING! This complex has only one entrance into and out of the lot. There are 9 additional parking spots. Some parking spots have been added

Do not rent from lake view village apartments . I had roach problems forever and since its hot they have took over my house. Neighbors never walk their dog so sidewalks and grass and cement smells like urine and feces. The neighbors patio full of trash and smell comes up I have photos to prove it. The appliances break easily because its old and cheap, maintenance doesn't come when called. The fake marble paint is in every where the bathroom and kitchens and as soon As clorox hits it it peels and they raise the rent. The manager Claudia hangs out with tenants and I believe does not do her
