#1. WORST apartment to stay at, don't waste your money on a deposit you will never see back. this should not even get a 1-star review. when I moved into this place back in Oct 2017, the apartment had mold in the shower, rusty kitchen sink, bathroom sink was clogged, it was dusty like no one bother to clean it up before me. NOT clean or ready to move in, but to them, it was in perfect condition to rent.
Now fast forward to 2021.
I moved out on Sep 6, still paid in full my rent until October 16 when the lease was up.
to ensure i would get my deposit back I went ahead and deep cleaned the entire

I would have given a zero but I'll give 1 start to leave a review. The staff are terrible and trying to get ahold of a staff member is almost impossible. I finally get a girl on the phone who cannot help. She just takes calls I guess.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, I repeat and louder for those in the back! DO NOT waste your hard earned money here! This location is most certainly a joke!!! The manager and majority of females in the office, are terrible! We're dealing with idiots people! Call about troubles concerning anything only to be hung up on and told, "it's not an emergency.." This is how management solves air conditioning units being broken inside an apartment with a two week old infant at close to 90 degrees! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!

I have been waiting for my down payment of $400 to be refunded back to me for over two months and every time I call either no one answers or they say they will call me back and never do. Don't bother applying unless you expect to have to argue for it back

I moved out of this property in 2019 and I've called the leasing office and leasing company at least 10x with no responses. I never received my move out statement nor does anyone bother to let me know what the reason is for this property illegally handling final accounting of my security deposit.

The manager and leasing staff are incompetent for the needs of the property as once you move out, they behave as if you never existed. I'm sure they don't anticipate residents to return to these over priced and roach infested units, but wow!!! At least let me know if I owe you money so

Why is it that I was on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone in the office and I walk up to the office and what do you know where they are sitting on their desk again why is that they never pick up the phone I called luxury living but I go to use the barbecue and this trash has been sitting here for the whole weekend I can't even pick up area and we pay for items

They have rats. When I asked about the numerous complaints on Yelp regarding rats, the leasing agent confirmed this to be true. She said, it's the "environment". She's had two tenants with rats in their apts. She was very casual about it and acted as though rats were common in your home. The apt I was shown smelled heavily of mold, the patio was filthy with chipped and flaking paint. They charge you an additional $25 per month for the upkeep of the apartments and grounds. But when you see the place you'll know they're not using the money to repair the complex.

These apartments are just how they keep them, TRASH ! Front desk people are useless never answer the phone but when I walk to the office I can see them talking sitting in the table and eating. Very unprofessional.

Great place if you're starting off. I'm located downstairs in a wheelchair-accessible apartment. I can hear neighbors upstairs, but in an apartment elsewhere, you can. Parking is about 20ft from my door (straight shot). No balcony/ washer and dryer. although they have apartments that include them. No crime even though reviews on other sites say there is.

Pros: Great location, next to 15 freeway, clean (except garbage and mail area), covered parking, pool/bbq, and playground area.
Cons: Garbage and mail area dirty ( maintenance cleans weekly but people keep trashing it), Entrance gate

I talked to a lady on the phone about an available unit and she gave me all the pricing details and we set up a day for a tour. when I came in for the tour (driving an hour in 100 degree weather) the lady took one look at me and made her judgment. after being shown the unit she told me they will be raising the price by $100/month; they didn't even give me an application. I left and my friend called 15 minutes later and the same person gave her a lower price than they gave me (same as advertised). Either their lying to get people in or they're engaging in housing discrimination based on

If you were looking for an apartment to call home, i would highly recommend looking somewhere else. I've lived here for 2 months and my "home" has been infested by mice and ants. To which either problem has yet to be fixed. THEY ACTIVELY IGNORE WORK ORDERS. I HAVE PUT IN MULTIPLE FOR ANTS AND HAVE YET TO GET HELP CONTROLLING THE PROBLEM.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I have been here for 1 month. 1 MONTH. We've had the AC repaired, Dryer replaced, dishwasher fixed, garbage disposal fixed, holes patched up, water heat fixed, front door knob fixed, All windows / blinds fixed. AND 7 RATS ! All caught by us because they told us they couldn't help unless we physically catch them..... Work orders are denied and/or responded to days later. Not 1 single person cares (aside From the young maintenance guy who clearly does everything). There are rat droppings all over my kitchen and kitchen pantry where our food is kept. They

So we looked at this place from a far (moved from Washington state) and it was our mistake to not go in person to look at the apartment. The virtual tour is nothing like what you get.

Our one bedroom apartment it's surrounded by neighbors on all walls. I have loud neighbors running around at 2 AM. There is no balcony, so make sure if you were looking for one go in and make sure your apartment has one.

If you want counterspace, this place is definitely not for you. There's barely enough room to put my coffee maker and my toaster. The dishwasher sucks. Sometimes I have to wash it twice

On May 27 of 2020 I started having AC problems. Over the next three to four weeks they've had to come in my apartment repeatedly to Band-Aid over a problem that they still haven't fixed. It's now summer in 100° weather and I haven't had air conditioning for weeks because they've been waiting on a part to be shipped. When you try to call the office you'll either be directed to an off site call center that just leaves messages for the front office, or if you actually have the chance to talk to CRYSTAL who will give you suggestions such as "opening the window"

Moved in a week ago- Honestly I should SUE; the amount of false advertising that occurred was borderline criminal. I still might. Spent over $1600 to move into a dump. What a mistake- our bathroom wasn't done. No security guard. Gates don't work/ close Mailbox keys don't work. Laundry cards don't work. Unit was NOT READY and the staff members only want to move people in as fast as possible. I wish my S/O and I chose somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake we did. We stepped on nails and bled the first time we stepped on our carpet. And no, management didn't fix
