I would like to start off by saying thank you to all the helpful and wonderful staff at Fountain Glen Grand Isle. The property is super clean, and residents are really nice! I feel so comfortable having my grandparents living here.
Martin, in the office, helped make it such a smooth transition for my grandparents to move, it was AMAZING!

Tammy/Lucy/Eddie are the great staff Eddie and Lucy they attention to details on this property .They do a fantastic job to keep up with the work orders.But rents are to high for the Area
Also I would Like to send in a good word for Martin he has really become an asset to the Company.

UPDATE: 5/28 although I am moving I've been very pleased with this community (five star).The residents are all very nice folks, many have been here for years. The staff are kind and helpful, maintenance calls are handled swiftly, the staff performing the work are personable and professional (even when I'm stressed).
I dropped the stars to 3 because of the large annual rent increases and parking which have become problematic; a number of others here feel similarly. While I realize these are corporate issues, my hope is they will take notice. The fix for parking is fairly easy, assign

In the years that we lived at Fountain Glen, we had occasion from time to time to call or drop in to the office with questions. When Martin Angel was the one to help us, he was always professional and friendly. He never acted hurried or talked down to me. He always remembered me and was patient and courteous. Thanks, Martin!

The new property manager, Laura Garcia, is terrible. She has no respect for loyalty or long-term residency. The facility itself was fine until she was assigned here. Mrs. Garcia is more concerned about rules and regulations than the long term residents. This is very typical of new, inexperienced employees., and is very disappointing

I reside at the Fountain Glenn community. I absolutely love it here! We have the very best staff in the business. Tammy and her employees always go above and beyond for the residents. The facilities are kept clean and operational. Many daily events for us to enjoy. They even send birthday cards and have cake for those enjoying their birthdays. How many other places will do that for you?
Sure they do preventative maintenance to keep us safe and everything operational. And yearly corporate increases are a standard thing in the rental industry. Anywhere you go you will have that.

We have now lived at Fountain Glen for 5 years and although the rent continues to increase the maintenance has severely declined! Moving is not an option at his time because my husband is in poor health. When we moved in the grounds were beautiful and the buildings were well maintained. Now the grounds are a shambles with dead trees and roses, weeds for grass and huge areas of bare ground. The building hallways and lobbies are filthy and are not cleaned as often as they used to be. The carpet outside my apartment has a big stain on it. They have had to replace my stove, refrigerator, disposal

I cannot tell you how great Martin and Tammy have been to work with. They have gone above and beyond to help my mother get into the perfect apartment. They have been patient and gracious thru the entire process. They seem to really understand the stress she was going thru as she transitioned from living in her own home to apartment living. I am so very impressed with how they helped us along the way...

I witnessed a resident urinating just outside their front leasing office door. When I reported this to the police and the manager, the police took action! The manager, Tammy, yelled at me for telling the police.
This place finds ways to keep seniors from getting our deposits back when we move out of our apartment. My husband and I had to hire an attorney. We reported them to the Riverside County Housing authorities. This is financial Elder Abuse!
