I've lived here for 2 years and I've enjoyed every moment of it! The staff is amazing and always helps out. Recently I had my smoke alarms chirping and I put in a request for maintenance order and literally within 15 minutes Herman showed up to fix it. My microwave also went out on me while I've been here and they immediately replaced it with a newer better model! The hot tub is awesome and the gym is great too. The only issue I've ever had was getting my car towed but I was parked in a fire lane so it was my fault... They have nothing to do with the towing company but just be warned to follow

Dennis Nelson is incompetant. We asked him to go over the numbers with us stating that we owed them money after we moved out, he refused. He also gave us a reciept for the carpet from 2018.. could not even provide an up to date reciept of new carpet put in. He is ultimately a scam artist and completely unprofressional. Everyone who lived around us hated having to call the office and deal with him, now I understand why! Dont plan on getting your deposit back, they are willing to do whatever they can for money.

You live in a townhome/apartment setting so expect to hear noises coming from the wall. It might sound like people are going up your stairs, but it's the neighbors.
The property is kept looking prestine. Aside from people not picking after their dogs everything is done well. Herman and his team are fantastic and a big reason why we renewed our lease.
The front office has always answered questions and gotten back to me. So the they're good too!
The actual townhome, depending on the floor plan you choose. You might have minimal storage, things were made smaller so that it all fit. You gotta make

Our experience living at Oak Springs Ranch has been great from the beginning. All the staff in the leasing office made our move-in very smooth and welcoming. Overall experience living here has been GREAT. Special kudos needs to go out to Arcelia. The whole maintenance team is great they gone above and beyond to keep the grounds nice and clean. GREAT place to live!

I've lived here since May and it has been nothing but great. I love the various layouts they have to offer. The complex is very clean and the customer service has been amazing since day one. Ernie was my leasing agent and absolutely amazing! He worked with my family and I for about a month and a half before we actually moved in. The process of renting with Ernie was very quick and took about a day and he had the lease and everything ready quickly. He's very knowledgeable about this complex and this area. This property is beautiful. The size and layout of the units are great. I love being able to not worry about people above or below me. It is very quiet and so far all the tenants we have met have been friendly and kind. Ernie in the front office was AMAZING when we looked at the property. Since moving in he has given the same great service! He goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to your needs. Any issues that have come up have been fixed right away. The maintenance has been great and Ernie follows through to ensure everything was fixed and that you are taken care

Wow!! Just wow! Helping a family find an apartment and we had covered just about everything in a 10 mile radius. Then we found Oak Springs Ranch. From the moment we walked in, we had a great experience. The lobby is beautiful and we were greeted right away by smiling helpful faces. We were introduced to Ernie who by far exceeded every expectation. He was helpful, listened to exactly what we needed and showed us everything that was important to us right away.
