I lived at windermere cay for one year (2020-2021). When we first moved in we had some roaches, but hey its Florida that happens. Things were really good at first. The staff was great and responsive (the leasing agent robbie was amazing but he has since left) and maintenance was great! The later half of our live here was not as good. The elevator was always broken down in our building. Noisy neighbors. The apartments honestly weren’t nice enough to justify renewing (poor lighting, weird counters in bathroom, small living spaces). When I first moved in everything thing was fine. And the apartment itself was nice, but the management company and leasing office are horrible. I lived here by myself but had someone move in with me later. They told me misinformation about the pet policy so I ended up violating it. Additionally, I had problems with my A/C unit where it kept not cooling my apartment. I had them "fix" it several times and they insisted it was working. After it breaking again, I went to the leasing office wondering why it kept breaking they said they finally got the part in for it and it they would send

Came here to say what a fantastic team WCA has!
Enrique the maintenance guy was super quick and helpful to replace out light bulbs in our kitchen! We were not home at the time but we felt comfortable to allow him in our home and he left us a note explaining that he had completed the task and told us what a good boy our dog was and to "give him a treat" so precious!
Josh at the office is always super great and helpful and courteous to speak to! Thanks everyone!

The Location is Awesome If you work At Disney s Magic kingdom then You will Save time and money walking to work. The staff is Also Pretty Cool. You Can all ways depend on Your packages to be waiting for you in the office unharmed if you Cannot Make it home to get your Package from the Mail Person. You Also have two Pool Areas. You Can Always Get Something fax At the office, and use the Windermere cay wifi.

First place we moved to coming to Florida. We've been here a while now and Love it here! First reason, THE STAFF! Jennifer and Christy have been here since we moved in....LOVE THEM! Then add Robby and a great maintenance staff and we couldn't be happier! Yes, frustrating things happen BUT this group of people always offer to help out. Amenities are… fantastic, even when we struggle to get a grill because they are so busy or occupied by families all weekend. We still would not change things. Love the dog park as well, just need to ask non residents to not use it as they do not keep it up

From the moment I received my keys two year ago, until now, the staff here have been amazing! They are consistently upgrading the place and finding ways to maintain the luxury. I appreciate that in a complex, then I know I am getting my money's worth. The communication from the leasing office and the attention they pay to their residents really makes for a comfortable environment. The units are well maintained. Love this place! Definitely recommend to anyone moving to the area!

This apartment complex ratings on social review can not be trusted. They demand facebook likes within 5 days of moving in or you will be evicted. Don't have facebook? Not their problem.

Since my last review, they have now opened up the larger gym and secondary pool. Pretty impressive in terms of workout space. There is a decent number of machines (though they could use another set of free weights), and the space inside the building is pretty large. However, I will say it does get busy. You kind of have to pick and choose your battles as to what you plan on working out with if it's busy.
Not much else has changed from my previous review. Again, this place isn't terrible. It just doesn't fit what I would consider my definition of "luxury." Definitely give

Okay, I'm an actual resident and not an internet troll (nor do I work for the apartment). I am writing this to deflect the reviews written by the readership of Ars Technica. My family (wife, two kids) loves living here. My bed is closer to Cinderella's castle than the cars parked in the Magic Kingdom parking lot. We moved here from out of state and did our due diligence. We chose this place because of the good location, the responsiveness of the manage, and the due to the fact that the complex is brand new.
