All locations offer a comfortable atmosphere with nearby parking to better serve you. Not all services are available at all locations.

I could not be happier with my experience at Northwest Medical Center. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the admitting clerks, the nursing staff and of course the anesthesiologist and doctor were both caring, respectful. The procedures that day were running behind but the atmosphere was professional and reassuring. Thank you for such exceptional care.

Front office seemed over worked and under staffed
The LPN Little Debby was amazing. A soft touch with the nasal swabs.
The Dr was fast but efficient with her exam.
Was in and out with Flu and COVID swabs completed in less than an hour.
Contacted the next day by MA Crystal with test results and further instructions on care received in the Urgent Care.

Ignored by nursing staff; one assistant disagreeing with what the head nurse said. Consequently I had to have an unpleasant procedure again.
Very slow getting nursing assistance to get to the bathroom.. I had to sign a waiver to go myself.
Didn't "have" the pills that I take every night. Lucky I had brought my own.
Wasn't sent home with an exhaling machine
Had a fever 2days home. Had to purchase a machine and my fever abated.

NW Hospital has provided excellent service from the data staff, nurses and Doctors. Weather I’m their for a test or procedure they have kept me informed of my status. No one likes to be hospitalized but the care I’ve received here is among the best ever. Emergencies take priority and may cause delays now & then.

Labor was the hardest thing I’ve ever done! Northwest Hospitals staff was amazing through it all though. I had the best delivery nurse who was kind, positive, thoughtful, funny and patient making it a positive experience for me. Even the nurses helping me in triage before birth and in recovery after birth were so kind and understanding. The nursing staff is what made my first labor and delivery a positive one. Thank you nurses❤️

Delivered twins here on 12/4/21 as a surrogate and it was flawless. Dr. Chen (Genesis OBGYN) was so kind and really ensured I had incredible care. All my nurses were fabulous.
I was to shout out to Joy who was my RN on Mom/Baby; she was compassionate, kind, gentle, informative and really respected my body. She did push me to trust my body more and it was exceptional.
I would absolutely recommend this hospital for your delivery needs.
They were wonderfully accommodating to me and my intended parents when the babies came; they taught them how to swaddle and were ready to answer any and all questions

The entire experience, from checking into discharge, was great. At every step of the way, the nurses were attentive to my needs, answered my endless questions, and reassured me. They also spoke clearly and plainly so that my husband, who is hard of hearing, could follow the discussion. I felt safe and cared for and never worried about any issues throughout the entire experience

My experience has been excellent until I went to schedule an urgent appointment as my previous PCP recently retired. I called to get in with one of the physician taking over his patients and the central scheduler was abrasive and condescending. I couldn't believe her tone and communication skills and it got to the point I had to ask her name. She noted it was Kathy J. She noted that letters were sent out to patients to get a new doctor and all patients from my previous doctor will be treated as new patients. I thought the retiring doctor's patients would transfer to the other doctors

My mom was very ill from unknown stomach pains. We initially went to St. Joesphs where we waiting for about 5 hours and no one every attended to my moms pain or concerns about wait time. Which is understandable due to the pandemic shortage, but the customer service was awful. We left without her being seen. The next morning her pain got worse and decided to drive to Northwest Medical Center in vail. My mom was taken in within 5 min of being there and got a CT scan, pain management and amazing customer service. We will be driving 30 min every time we need to go to the emergency room! Had such a

Unfortunately the elderly and women tend to get substandard care in our medical system. No place is this more accurate than here. My elderly mother fell and hit her head on the sidewalk. Her primary care office advised us to go to the emergency department. She had bleeding and severe swelling around her eye. I did a quick swipe with iodine to clean the wounds, put an ice pack on her, and headed to Northwest Medical Center since it is closest to where we live. We have never been there before, and we will never go back.

My wife strained her lower back so we signed in @ 8am for 8:45. I went straight in, sat in the exam room for 30 min then the doctor ( if that's what u want to call him) came in touched her spine and asked if it hurt. No, it was lower back radiating up and through chest area, she couldn't even take a step without going down to the legs. Didn't want to hear about the symptoms or checking breathing. Sat there with his mouth open wide when he heard she takes pain meds for the arthritis in her back and said to stop taking them. His suggestion was go home and exercise to build her core

I will never go back. I've been disputing a bill for months due to charges for IV's I NEVER received. They forgot about me several times for the 6 hours I was there and turns out someone erased my name off the board! My fiancé had to go find staff to see what was going on several times. The nurse was terrible and was angry with me when I refused morphine he'd already opened. He didn't even tell me what he was about to put in my IV. I told him my pain was 5 or 6 out of 10, that does not need IV morphine! They messed up my account between my sister and myself. I could go on and

If you want great service, stay away. I advised I have bad veins, but I have NEVER had one place blow FIVE, yes FIVE veins and my hand swelled up like a glove that is blown up. It was from the contrast. My bruises were as bad as my sisters bruises from her car accident. Then, I had a lot of sharp pains in my arm and had to come back. Lost my vitals and paperwork. Never scheduled my ultrasound until 2 hours later. I know they were busy and I'm self pay. People were walking out after discharge saying this was a joke and a wasted visit.
