This is my mom, Dr. Monica Wlodarchak, in the picture with me. She rescued me when I weighed only one pound; just a baby found stuck in some sticker bushes along the side of the road near Silverdale. I was really lucky because I had some facial injuries that were in bad need of care. After my rescue, mom took me to Pullman of all places!

We have been with Tender Touch for about 8 years and 2 dogs and have enjoyed their services. I recently complained about the charges on our invoice for treating our golden retriever via email. The response I received was an explanation of the work done, BUT our dog's medical records were attached and they essentially closed our account with no further discussion. This was extremenly rude, disappointing and inconvenient. I found this to be absolutely unprofessional customer service and recommend that you consider alternatives for your pet care.

We just moved to Kitsap and needed a new vet to see our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Tender Touch has seen two of our dogs so far (we try to stagger appointments to spread out the costs) and even during everything going on with COVID they have been so cheerful, patient and helpful. I find them reasonably priced and comparable to our vet on the east coast as far as immunizations are concerned. They will respond to your message on Facebook quickly if you have an after hours question or concern and that is something I truly appreciate. They also offer free exam fee for your first visit. Highly recommend Tender
