A non-heated class appropriate for all levels. Come to flow, increase your flexibility, deepen your mind body connection and relax no matter where you are on your yoga journey! Am all in one class. 25 minutes of strength and conditioning, weights are optional, 20 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.
