Creekside Apartments

See I am a 58 year old women, and I in fact don’t like many people. But there is this security guard and he is so 😍 hot. Same with this elderly named Darleen. There are also little annoying kids and they make me wanna move out but the security guard named Quan helps me. We do this thing called family therapy I suggest it.

I am very anger about this place.my kid got punch and cursed out. Mrs Mrya never replied to my email or phone call I tried multiple times. And the maintenance never do anything. DON'T MOVE HERE.

This place is great beside the fact that there’s a used condom every five steps you take. however i love the fact that 12 is here every damn day just in case my opps pull up. another thing i have to comment on is the amount of hatred shown in shorter people in the complex. i have concluded from further study that shorter people here in creekside seem to have a shorter temper and are less able to control themselves. in conclusion i love the security guard and the amount of bbl here at creekside.

I have been extremely grateful for the positive changes and communication I have been receiving from Myra Floyd.. the hard efforts she has put into place to be sure the community is safe and maintained... I’m happy to be a part of this experience... would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new quiet neighborhood to live in... thank you Myra Floyd for all of your hard efforts you put in...

Myra the manager is a very nice lady, I have been helping a person who lives there, the manger there has been very helpful and nice, I don't live there but the property looks nice, new playground they have 2 playground, swimming pool

I took my family here to meet some friends of mine, and to let our children swim. What I noticed right off, is that there seemed to be some sort of Security Guard walking around. Everyone showed him respect and he reciprocated. There is a playground beside the pool also. Overall, this Apartment Complex appeared to be well maintained and family friendly.

Great place to live. It's peaceful and the managers here are very nice and easy to work with.

Creekside Apartments is such a lovely Community in Easley, SC. The Office Staff are always super friendly and The Maintenance Team has always solved any issue I’ve ever had. This is a GREAT place to call Home.

I lived for 3 years there and am disabled and a Senior and I regret ever moving there. The Manager is Deceitful, Dishonest and is seriously lacking in People Skills. The first year I was there a lot of the Old and Disabled that live there were forced to move all their furniture into one bedroom in order for the Management to have someone come in to clean the carpets for Housing Inspections. The rent is way over priced for what you are getting and AGPM who claims to be a GREEN Co. rent out the least energy efficient and without many normal amenities that come in a apartment of their Price Range

Mayra the property manager watches out for your kids like if they were yours very helpful considerate goes out of her way to help you I personally seen her walk the property to pick up trash and talk to anyone or wave when she see someone out all places I'm sure have good and bad tenants so she has to act accordingly I have a 17 year old and a 10-year and I'm disabled been a great experience do not plan on moving
