From the day I moved in there has been nothing but problems. There was no one available to let us in so we could pick up our keys. We had a scheduled time but everyone decided to go to lunch. I spent 45 minutes sitting outside with my moving truck before someone finally showed up.

I’ve been looking to move downtown sometime this summer and RiversEdge is definitely where I want to live! I recently had a tour with the Assistant Property Manager, Christina, and she was extremely detailed, welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. The property and their staff were awesome! The lobby and all the other common areas were spotless and have beautiful decor and finishes. I can’t wait to move here!

I was not a fan of apartment living but I’ve lived at Rivers Edge for approximately 4 years and I’ve enjoyed every day. I feel more safe than I did when I owned. Rivers Edge provides Urban living with convenient location to restaurants, social gathering and the arts. Britany Haney and Ashley Dills are the best!

We had a very positive experience living at Rivers Edge and appreciate it for its proximity to the Peace Center, the Reedy River and other downtown destinations. The Rivers Edge management team really made the experience more personable; we absolutely love Britany and her team. Any issues we had were always quickly addressed and resolved. We will miss seeing Britany, Christina and Shane!

Love living at the Rivers Edge. Perfect location to all of downtime attractions, and the swamp rabbit trail is right outside the front door. The management staff is phenomenal- they get things done in a timely manner and are easy to get in touch with. The building is extremely safe and maintenance issues are handled promptly. Highly recommend living here for anyone who wants to experience Greenville's great Downtown and live in beautiful apartment with supportive staff members.

Rivers EDGE is at an excellent location, a short walk to Main Street with river views. I just finished an 18-month lease and was interested in moving to a larger apartment. After looking at all other options, I realized that Rivers EDGE is still by far the best option in Downtown Greenville, and just moved to another apartment at RE. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and the Manager, Britany, has been a pleasure to work with.

Rivers EDGE is an ideal place to live! As an MBA student at Clemson, I walk just minutes to class at the ONE building, and I can easily meet my classmates downtown. I love being so close to the downtown Greenville highlights - the Peace Center, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and fine dining are just around the block. Aside from its prime location, the building is luxurious and always kept clean. The management is extremely responsive and friendly, and they do a great job hosting events for residents. I couldn't be happier here!

We took an 18 month lease and are now moving into a condo. From the start, our experience has been a positive one. Maintenance request have always been acted on in 24 hours and management has always been responsive. The location is absolutely perfect. We walk to fine dining, the drug store, the bank and dry cleaning service is as easy as stopping… by the office.If you think you would enjoy downtown living, this is definitely the place. We have had a great time with Wednesday night concerts a 5 minute walk away and all that downtown Greenville has to offer.

Do not move here! the office treats its tenets like complete dirt. The appliances are crap, the washers always break, you can't roll the bottom shelf of the dishwasher at all, and you can't even walk through the kitchen with it open. My washer broke and after 5 days of sitting on dirty spit up rags and diapers, they would not let me us the guest… suite or an empty apartment to wash clothes. They told me to go use a laundromat? excuse me, its your fault the washer is broken. There is not human respect here!!! There is always trash the restaurant leaves lying around all over the hallways and
