DO NOT RENT HERE! Poor construction resulting in hearing undesirable noises constantly from your surrounding neighbors 👎 👎👎👎👎Owners/company refuses to correct issues or warn new future residents of this unbearable problem 😡 It cost us money to get out of our lease! Worse living experience we’ve ever had 😢

I'm not so sure about this place, they don't answer the phone, nor emails. It is as if they were so excited to rent to me, then I did the process, and then realized that I wanted to buy something instead, I alerted them. No response whatsoever, it as if they went radio silent and yet I had only very nice things to say about them. Alas, out north of $300 dollars but that is on me, I had made a last minute decision. I just worry that their lack of response back to me might be indicative of how they deal with things. Hoping that is not the case, but I rate my entire experience as just okay

I have lived at Rhett for almost two years. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The positives of Rhett include the maintenance staff. Any requests I submitted were always answered quickly and professionally. The maintenance staff in general were always friendly and kind.
The negatives of Rhett vastly outweigh the positives. Last year, I had to call the police after a fight started out in my hallway. It resulted in the police being here for three hours before making an arrest. People who do not live here or have connections to people living here are frequently able to get inside our
