I’ve always wanted to live in a loft, little did I know the perfect match would be in a fabulous old textile mill in the middle of Greenville, SC.
I have had an amazing experience so far, everyone is extremely attentive and kind! The apartment was kept in great condition before my arrival, the amenities are unmatched, and the energy is all around positive. I am even more grateful to the two powerhouses who run the office, Lauren & Nicole for being so accommodating, kind, having the fastest response time EVER, and making me feel at home even

When I first moved in, I was told they were busy and was just given directions to my apartment. Not a good start. Then shortly after (a day after) in VERY hot weather my air conditioner stopped working. It was never fixed and I was without air conditioning for 4 months. I was issued an air conditioning unit in a very large space that barely worked. However, it leaked water every where and ruined my rug. Shortly after, my apartment windows leaked and water came in ruining pillows. Shortly after that, my refrigerator stopped working and was told it was fixed. Well it wasn't! I lost all of my food

Great place to live with lots of great amenities. There are two gyms, one regular and the other a cross fit. There is onsite yoga, aerial yoga, and plenty of space to do your own yoga. There is a game room with flat screen tv's, a pool table, a poker table, sink, refrigerator, and a shuffle board. Also, there is an indoor theater room that is always available at no charge, just call the office and schedule the day and time you want to use it. I love living at The Lofts of Greenville! It is close to the swamp rabbit trail which will take you downtown quickly! I love how unique the apartments are and the price. I haven’t been able to enjoy the amenities fully since being warm due to covid-19 but what I did experience before was great. Looking forward to being able to grill out by the pool and use the fitness center again!
