Well maintained apartments at a great price.
A huge thank you to Helen who has been a lifesaver. She worked diligently to perform the necessary verifications and cleared things with management to allow me to add roommates mid lease. She then arranged for my roommates to take over my lease entirely.
When we ran into issues with qualifying, Helen persistently worked through the roadblocks and presented alternatives until we were finally able to come to a resolution.

I’ve been living at Willow Crossing for 3 years now. I have to say it’s one of the best apartment complex’s my family and I have lived in. Whenever I need something fixed maintenance always come the same day to fix the problem. Helen and Marvin are great and very professional when it comes to customer service. My kids and I enjoy all of the fun events that Crystal and Clifton host for all the residents. We LOVE the movie nights, pool parties, breakfast on the go, pizza nights, canvas painting, bingo and much more. They both are great and friendly to everyone. Keep those great events coming

I enjoyed the Willow Crossing events and the winter donation drives. Managers Jim and Helen are genuinely nice people. Helen will greet you with a smile and will go out of her way to help you! She even helped my husband who accidently came to the office an hour before they opened and she was still nice enough to check on him outside.
Jim is polished and was very inviting in conversations.
Marvin/Paul was very helpful over the phone. Even the maintenance team was great they always said hello to me!

Horrible place to live. The mail room is atrocious!!!!! There is no security no organization packages get misplaced and stolen. The shower goes from extremely hot to extremely cold, there is never one set temperature. Elevator goes out and its the only elevator in the building. The windows arent tight and the traffic from the hwy is very loud, can never sleep. And now laundry prices increased without notice! Can't wait to move!!

Beware fraudulent Activity:
My wife and I lived in an apartment in the 1025 building for a year. Over the course of the year we had an issue with the tub glaze peeling off, a common issue that was dealt with after a week of waiting for the company they use to do the glaze. The glaze lasted all of a few months before beginning to peel again despite us only cleaning the tub with warm water and soap.
Upon our moving out we received a statement some weeks later detailing the charges for the last 9 days we were there and some other fees. One of which happened to be the glazing of the tub. We contacted

I have lived at Willow Crossing apartments for 3 months and already feel a part of the community. From the application process to now the management team has been very responsive and professional in their conduct. The office team is very warm and inviting, even with the COVID precautions in place. The common areas are well maintained and clean, as well as the units. The Community Life Team is very active and continues to offer virtual events that are fun and engaging!
