Our Pavilion model welcomes you home with a modern layout designed to bring you elegance and convenience. This apartment home features an entertaining kitchen with a designer tile backsplash and a large quartz peninsula. The open-concept and windows draw in plenty of natural light and allow you access to your private balcony or patio.
I requested a minor maintenance issue and the next day it was taken care of by Lorraine. Lorraine was prompt and efficient as usual. In my 3 years renting here there have been several occasions when we needed maintenance and Lorraine has always handled them promptly, professionally and personably. Hamilton Lakes is lucky to have Lorraine.

I have had such a positive experience here! From touring and signing a lease, to move in, to meeting others that live here and have renewed their lease, to enjoying the clubhouse amenities. I also love that the management is here on sight and very friendly. Andrew definitely made my choice to live here easy and I highly recommend renting here. As for in apartment there is noise from one level to the level below but it seems minimal to me only hearing footsteps and any hallway noise is buffered by putting a guard on the bottom of the door.

There's a reason half the apartments here are empty - people move out after a short period of terrible service and sub-par accommodations, or they are smart enough to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other apartments in the immediate area around Schaumburg that are far better than this dump. There's also a ton of police always in the parking just hanging out due to all the drug dealers who operate out of here. Don't live here, you will regret it.

I have lived here for two months now and LOVE it! The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. They have done what they can to ensure amenities are usable and safe during the pandemic, and are quick to respond to any maintenance issues - not that I've had many! Walls are insulated well, I rarely hear neighbors and when I do it just appears to be my upstairs neighbor, though I know several people on my floor have pets. Very happy here!

Disclaimer: lived here 3 years ago, right after opening, and it was my first rent in the US, after living my entire life in concrete buildings in Europe
Pros: great amenities and appliances. Friendly staff. They really tried building a community, they organized a lot of events. The Itasca 4th of July fireworks is a great experience living there.
Cons: very loud. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walk. We nicknamed him "the elephant", while I'm sure he was a lovely normal fellow. My water glass on the counter was vibrating when I walked across the living room. I could hear my neighbors TV. The

We loved our time here and have discussed moving back to Hamilton Lakes when we move back to Illinois next year. This truly is the best community.
The kindness from staff and members is spectacular and resident appreciation with events was so much fun. Brittany and I attended most of the events and had a blast. The salsa dancing lesson and Church Street Brewery beer tasting events were the most fun but we really did enjoy all of them. Experience has been great so far having moved in a month ago. Grounds are well taken care of. Staff at the leasing office sent me a friendly reminder I forgot to pay my utility, which was nice rather than just let me pay late fee. Residents are nice. Great location, too. There’s bike paths and walking paths nearby. Nicest apartments around.
