PhatBurn is different than any other program in that we make this super convenient by preparing the food for you. We will customize the meals we cook for fat loss or for muscle toning. Each meal will be to the specific portion size and macro-nutrient balance you need to support your goal.

I had a really great experience at Phatburn and everyone was always so nice and supportive. Prior to working out at Phatburn, my hips were fractured due to pregnancy and I had to use a walker. My daughter was born in November and the healing process was slow but I listened to my body and am so proud that I could workout at Phatburn and I feel stronger today because of it. I took most classes with Jolin and she was wonderful as were Christy and Angela.

Phatburn completely changed my fitness lifestyle. It was not easy committing to a routine post baby; I needed a fitness program that was effective, measurable and included a team that held me accountable. Phatburn did just that. It is not just a gym with amazing fitness classes but they also provide nutrition advice, fitness support and chef-prepared meals. Phatburn is an amazing place. It's a one of a kind experiance I have yet to see anywhere else. Phatburn provides a comprehensive aproach for getting healthy and fit. It's been about a month since I joined and I have made more progress in that time than if I spent many months on my own. What's unique about Phatburn is that they help you attack your weight / fitness challenges from all angles. They provide you with five incredible workout classess per week.
