I had an issue with my credit card payment because the gentleman who was in charge of the memebership processes didn't put the right data for the club to take the money out (totally fine. no one is absent from making a mistake) I had no idea of the problem, no-one ever called me, emailed me or reach out to me in any matter to let me know about it (this was happening right on the holidays 2021)The way the issue was addressed was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. The personal from the front desk at gym called me out to the membership office in a very unkind manner and without letting me

DO NOT GO HERE. My friends and I signed up to do a private tennis lesson for the three of us and we’re told the cost would be $103. On the phone we asked SEVERAL times confirming that would be the grand total and not the total for each of us (there was 3 of us so we clarified it would be $34 for each of us for a total of $103 not $103 for each of us) in which the girl on the phone confirmed all times asked it was $103 as a grand total. We did the lesson, went to pay at the end. She took all of our cards, didn’t confirm the price and didn’t give any of us receipts. I looked at my bank account

I've been a member for over four years and this place has gone downhill. I understand Covid has hit many businesses, but at the very least if you are going to cut hours and classes a discount should be offered. They close at 4pm on the weekends and there are at least 1/3 of the classes that used to be offered. Their response to this is I can take a class that is offered to the public for free at Harbor Point or in a local park. I spent 15 minutes going in circles with their member services to be told I can expect a full class schedule in 2022 and normal hours in the fall.
