I love love love our apartment! Can’t really hear much of anything- girls at the office are super awesome, they have helped me in so many ways! Trash service is amazing! Dog park needs to be addressed- I wish there wasn’t a huge hole in the fence to where if I bring my dogs and there’s someone else here- my dogs or theirs couldn’t cross the sides. I wish there was another park on the opposite end of the complex, but not a huge deal! I definitely wish there was an elevator in all of the buildings- sadly not! It was an easy process getting approved for the apartment! Looking forward to the

Where should I begin.... first of all I wouldn't have even given 1 star, but I guess you have to. I lived there 4 1/2 years, first 3 1/2 years was great besides the company not taking care of the hallways ,property itself and the staff were and still are complete idiots except Charlotte. Once I realized Charlotte had left the company, I gave my notice. They called me 30 days after I gave my notice, and ask if I was planning on renewing??? I’ve lived here for over a year now and love the management team. I recently transferred over to a bigger space and it went smooooth as butter. I really want to shout out everyone in that office! The maintenance is so quick when you need them, the surroundings are always maintained as well. I love that they allow you enjoy cookouts with your friends and even other residents! This place is AMAZING!

I currently live here and I am pleased with the complex BUT, the management is horrible. I had the whole month of November free of rent and still got charged a late fee that has yet to be removed. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. And when I called them two weeks ago about the late charge they said there is nothing they can do. Possibly the worst management I've ever experienced. The employees get snappy with you whenever you ask them a question and then they hang up. They're unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all...

Honestly I wish I could give it two stars because the first year I was here was great although is it was loud as hell from the highway being a stone's throw. Amenities are nice and mostly what you pay for in my opinion. Front desk is the whole reason this apartment complex even runs; they're the bread and butter of this community, so thumbs up to the front desk folks. Pools are nice but they can get pretty packed during the summer and you're allowed two guest wristbands so don't have any get-together's. Mail is nice, runs regular. Amazon Hub access for deliveries. This is a long overdue review from my stay at the Harmony Luxury Apartments.
I stayed at these apartments slightly over a year. We got one of the apartments in Phase 1 facing the pool on the 3rd floor, and it was a wonderful overall experience.
The apartment has several large pools and from time to time would put events together for us, including movie nights and tenant appreciation events in the pool area. I love the location of these apartments. They are located on the out skirts of Rowlett where it's calm and secluded. Since I have been here (July 2019) the staff at the front office has grown to accommodate the addition of phase II. I have found them, along with the maintenance staff, to be friendly and helpful. A lot of young adults live here, along with children, and dogs. This is definitely a pet friendly community! Having a small family of my own and a dog, I feel right at home here.

Does anyone have contact information for the higher ups? Before I spend time bashing this complex for the neglect I have received I would like to speak with the regional property managers high ups. I have spoke with the community manager and the regional manager and neither have even tried to resolve my issue. My next step is an attorney but id like to save a little money and get it handled the RIGHT way which would consist of honoring the lease and abiding by the rules the lease refers to. Let's just say, this place is rough around the edges. Looks nice, but once you live here it's a different story. Interesting community for paying $1,800 a month... Cigarillo packages every where! Literally a huge weed nug was on the ground and my dog ate it.... great. Walked out to seeing someone's car on jacks... I mean this place has zero safety precautions. The pool is loud. If you enjoy smelling weed and cigarettes every day of your life, please, move right in. Spiders are outrageous, ants are atrocious. Just save yourself the madness.

I toured this property 06/20/2019 with Jose. Although I did think the property was nice, the tour was awful. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted, instead Jose sat in his seat and starred at me waiting for me to make the introduction as if I was the employee so I patiently waited for him to decide he'd like to do his job and after a couple minutes he proceeds with "How can I help you" no name, no how are you, nothing. After I went on about why I was there, obviously to tour an apartment, he was very bland, did not give much information. Good for me I did view the website and

We lived at Harmony for a year and LOVED it! The staff was extremely helpful and understanding when we needed them. The people who lived around the complex were so friendly and welcoming! We even made some lifelong friendships. It's also a great complex for families and pet owners! We unfortunately had to leave when my husband got transferred out of state, but when that time came around we had actually signed our lease again for a second year just a few weeks before we found out, and when we went to the office to see how they could help us sort out ending our lease they were so understanding

The Harmony Luxury Apartments have been open for several months now. I have lived here for 3 months and have enjoyed it. The property is fairly quiet and the residents are respectful. The staff has been doing events for the residents once a month which are fun. They threw a really fun Memorial Day party including Raising Cane's catered and beer and sodas. Their next event was a 'Dive In' movie, which was SO fun!! They had candy and sodas for the kids and showed a family-friendly movie on an inflatable screen poolside.

Terrible experience!!! Upon viewing property and agreeing upon a move in date, we paid application and deposit fees totaling $450.00. Then several weeks later, we were notified that the construction was delayed and move in date pushed back 15 days. Then we explained that this would not work for us. We had to find another place to live and requested refund, but are being told we can only get deposit, not application fee refund also. I explain we would not have submitted applications had we known the property wouldn't have been available as scheduled. Also, they tell you they will call you back
