Lake Village West Apartment

I noticed a water leak inside the wall. I went to the office and made them aware of the problem. Within a few hours they were in and out problem solved. Thanks so much for the quick handling of the situation

Pest control came as requested. They guy who does the work is helpful in that he answers my "bug" questions.

I was a victim of the snow storm on 2/17/20. First, was told that I could move back in. Two weeks later I had to evacuate because of mold. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Staff is not on one accord. I got different answers from to the staff. One staff member said, ( Mike) don’t worry about the hanging TV’s. And (Jan) said “ they have to go!” I was so confused. My insurance didn’t want to pay because they were told that the apt was inhabitable. When the city of Garland found mold & put me out 2 days later. I sensed a lack of concern….. no one

Alllll of my maintenance request have been handled promptly. I really appreciate that!! I dreaded living in an apartment. I had a house to raise my sons but now that their grown I downsized. After hearing so many bad things about get stuff fixed at about apartments I dreaded it. But to my surprise Lakeview Village West has been the best decision I made!!

Best maintenance guys around! Always prompt. Always do an amazing job! They are like family!

DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Absolutely worst complex and management staff! Jan, the manager, is the worst and will not address resident issues nor will she provide you with corporates number. She will offer to let you out of your lease due to said issues then try and stick outrageous charges on you after giving her word. Michael has a better attitude towards tenants but will tell you what you want to hear in that moment, then never rectify the situation, only bandaid it.

After residing here for over a year and hitting the second summer mark, our upstairs unit will not go below 89 degrees

This is a great place to live and I must say it got much better since the new management took over. Mike at the office is super sweet and helpful. We recently requested a bigger apartment because we outgrew the one we were in and he made it so easy and pain-free. I honestly see myself being here for another 2-3 years.
