This is the most unprofessional management company I've ever dealt with. I have lived in apartments most of my life. I have found most of them helpful and pleasant to communicate with. I lived here for almost 4 years. I complied with my lease agreement. Upon my move out date I cleaned patched nail holes I even touched up with touch up paint. I asked that they do a walk through before I turned in my keys...In case there was something else I needed to do to insure that I get my complete deposit back. 100% would not recommend. The apartments are very small, not exactly “luxury” and are expensive. I feel like you can get something greater somewhere else. Only furniture allowed on patio so you have to buy an extra storage closet you would think that they’re free for the amount & of rent you pay, but nope!! Issues with bugs that they don’t take serious you have to keep calling in order for someone to come out. Can’t sit stink trash outside your door over night or else they’ll charge an extra $50. Walls are super thin!!! Parking is so limited there are more car ports than free parking

I'd like to say that Maria the property Manger is an excellent addition to Parc . I visited my sister this morning and saw Maria walking the parking lot actually picking up trash . She approached us and asked how we were doing and made us feel very comfortable, She is very pleasant not at all like where I stay across tbe street .I think that I might join my sister here at Parc in tbe future.

I moved in these apartments in September and the infestations are horrible. Now in February, the front office wants to bomb all of the units on my side because if more people complaining. Too much for roaches! I am a teacher in the middle of a pandemic. Home is suppose to be my happy place. Instead, I walk in and look around to see if I see anything. By the way I mop every other day and keep my apartment spotless because that is the way I was raised. Smh such a shame.

By far, the greatest and best place to live. Mr. Alberto from the front office is always very respectful and courteous. WE are moving because I deployed overseas and my pregnant wife could not deal with moving up with groceries from the third floor. This apartment is a walking distance from a lot of Christian churches, groceries, Lakeview Centennial High School, and a lot of restaurants. The pricing is also very amazing. I have never had any issues in this apartment. Whenever you are ready to move in, be sure to ask for Mr. Alberto, he will answer all of your questions.

This is my second year here and Im happy I did make the decision to resign my lease. The property is keep up will, maintenance request are mostly done the same day but I haven’t had to wait more then 2 days. Rosa is the best property manager I’ve had since I’ve been rent. She makes sure that your getting what you pay for. I haven’t had any complaints to management not even about neighbors. This is a different type of complex makes you want to come home.
