Amazing property to live at, with affordable pricing compared to other luxury apartments in the DFW metroplex. You can’t beat the lakefront view! The leasing staff is amazing, and was always very helpful during our 2 years at Terra Lago, and Essie is the sweetest. If I didn’t work an hour away we never would’ve moved out!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will smile in your face until you sign your lease. There no security here, minimal cameras and the office staff is no help. Elsa is disrespectful and needs to find something else to do in her final years of life. Cars are constantly getting keyed and damaged. Packages constantly go missing and what does the office do? Put a community wide notice out to inform they don’t care and will no longer assist and accept them for you. Office staff is always “short handed”. Save yourself the time and money and find another property.

I'm about to move in in about 2 weeks! So excited! I fell in love with a place as soon as I saw it and I love the area it's in and the scenery and the lake. The staff has been very nice and very helpful and it is a very quick easy process. They do work with you to make sure you get the apartment And I am so grateful for that. If you're looking for an apartment, apply to this one. I know I haven't lived here yet but from what I've just experienced so far and the apartment staff has been amazing and nothing but positive vibes I get when I come to these apartments :)

If you want snooty, rude, unorganized management then this is the place for you!! Morgan and Lauren are NOT professional and like to respond with unnecessary remarks. Deliveries never go where they are suppose to. Ive had a package that was opened & dumped then found by management days after it said it was delivered. Now my missing Blue Apron meals show up a day after it says it was delivered. Ice packs melted and the box reeked, so I had to trash it. Maybe this issue could be resolved with a package center or just better management. :)

Beautiful place to live, great staff always willing to help except with the issue of mold growing in my apartment for a year now (last summer it was bad. Then winter was fine, but now that it’s summer again my apartment smells). I found out people moved out a couple of doors down because of the mold 2 years ago. Apartments flooded during the ice storm and sheet rock wasn’t replaced. Nothing has been done but give me a dehumidifier. Will update review once the problem is found/fixed!

Moved into an apartment that had an issue from the floors visibly and audibly shaking from my move in day. I informers the staff the apartment floor would shake and rattle constantly and could be felt and heard. I provided management with videos and information about the issue and spent 2 months living with this nightmare as they searched for a cause. They refused to offer me a different unit to live in or make any attempts other than making me live through it an “stick with them”. After 2 months of torture I couldn’t take it anymore an told staff I had to leave as they hadn’t resolved

Moved in about a month ago and am loving this place. Beautiful apartments, quiet area of town, and plenty of places within a couple blocks to go shop or eat. I received excellent customer service from Lauren who was absolutely wonderful to work with from day 1, as she was so patient with me and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole leasing process, making it all move along as swift and painless as possible. I've also had a good experience with maintenance here; I had a minor move-in related request which was handled promptly and professionally; their response time was super quick! Bottom

This apartment complex is amazing I love all the ladies in the leasing office, and I think my dog loves them even more. They are always so polite and helpful with anything I need. my dog always gets a treat every time she says hi to her friends In the office they make Apartment living wonderful thank you ladies see you later!

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and I have loved my experience. The amenities are very nice and well taken care of weekly. Maintenance is always very prompt if needed and the front office ladies are the absolute best, always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, safe place to live!

Been residing here for just over a week, so it may be a bit preemptive to review living there. However, so far so good.
The process of getting approved and working with the leasing agent was seamless. Everyone is extremely friendly and happy to help. Given I was moving halfway across the country, it was truly refreshing that the team was so kind and flexible when working with me on move in date, and choosing an apartment.
Loving it here so far, and hoping that will continue!

Alyssa was extremely helpful with the process of moving in. Initially the unit I wanted wasn’t available, but Alyssa made sure I was informed as soon as it was. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been extremely nice. Parking is amazing, the interior of the buildings is beautiful. The complex feels extremely safe thus far. I would definitely recommend!

BE WARNED of their unethical practices. Heed the clues of their desperation for your money: the guy out front spinning a sign to draw applicants and their promise there isn't anything nefarious about having to put SO MUCH money down just to apply. They have several loopholes in place to keep your deposit!! They insist on a check and then run it that same day as an ACH with no intention to return it. They denied my application stating I falsified the application by not disclosing a debt I had zero knowledge of and no way of obtaining. Unfair, right? They are using this loophole to keep my

I love the atmosphere here the only thing is you CANNOT ENJOY IT. The spiders here are like arachnophobia. They are huge huge. My brother had a huge black spider crawling on him in his bed. After already being bitten twice on the patio.There's always webs with big ginormous spiders on them. The pool area is beautiful and THAT'S ALL. No relaxation for the pricey amount of rent at all. Spiders everywhere all over the lounge chairs and I've complained constantly but we always go to find SPIDERS ON ALL THE LOUNGE CHAIRS. On the patio there's always huge webs full of bugs everywhere
