What can I say? The office staff is super and the maintenance/housekeeping staff is superb! I moved into the OPP Apts. in 2014 and it has never ceased to be a happy, efficiently run, well-maintained, great place to live.
…And now, just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, it has! It is now completely quiet by the elevators with just a faint hint, hardly noticeable sound of instrumental music playing in the lobby, and I love, as Simon and Garfunkel have said, the Sound of Silence. Ten Stars!

Do not rent here. Emerson, Vantage, and Albion are newer alternatives with equally great locales within Oak Park. I lived here for 7.5 *years* in good standing and I asked them to let me end my lease 11 *days* early and they refused, providing some cockamamie rationale. Other highlights include the poor communications strategy (e.g., sending advertisements from which one cannot opt out, mis-communicating the scope and nature of renovations, and basic spelling and grammar errors); as well as safety and security issues in the adjacent parking garage. The focus is obviously on revenue only, not customer

We have been living in this nice community for the past 1 year and having great time. The management team has been great! The property manager Erin Burrow goes out of the way to make sure the tenants are happy. Maintenance team's response time is amazing! Nice location. We don't have any negative things to post. We just renewed the lease for another 12 months.

I love OPP! The staff is so courteous and responsive and they have all worked so hard to keep us safe and informed during COVID-19. The building is clean and well maintained and any issue I may have had in my apartment was addressed right away. There is a Trader Joe;'s literally outside your door and that makes shopping a breeze. I would recommend Oak Park Place to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Oak Park Place is an awesome community and complex. Outside of the amenities and up to date flooring, granite countertops and industrial style apartments the staff is super awesome. Thania is the absolute best. Personable down to earth and cares. She quickly responds to any question or issue you may have and resolved it quickly. Ben is also great. He is the head of maintenance here and welcomes you to bring any issues to his attention to quickly resolve. Dope experience thus far. As long as I’m in Chicago I will stay here.

My child has lived here for two years and it has been great. The office is very responsive when maintenance is needed. They go out of their way to be helpful. When moving from one apartment to another, they listened to our needs and found us a great fit. The amenities are wonderful. The gym room is comprehensive. It has been great renting the party room for special events. Add all of this to the location and it gets 5 stars.
