It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. I have called 6 times regarding a safety issue and there has been no response. I should have listened to the reviews before getting this apartment. My advice is for everyone and anyone to stay clear of this company. Absolutely and utterly unprofessional.

I moved in a few months ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about Mo2 properties. They made the moving process easy allowing me to get pick up my key outside of business hours and answering my 50 questions quickly. Since moving in I have had multiple maintenance requests all of which have been solved quickly by their team. Everyone is super nice and willing to help. Highly recommend!

I lived with MO2 for 3 years and had a great experience. Apartment was nice and they always responded to requests fast.
These are my only complaints:
- Rented some apts in my building as air b&b. Did not bother me but other units thought it was loud.
- Outside was never maintained very well. Snow removal was not great and landscaping was never cared for (even after completely redoing it)

I've been living in one of their units for about a year now and the management team has been unbelievable. Every time I need something done they get it done within the week and are great at getting back to me right away. I also locked myself out a few times at inconvenient times and they were always willing to come and help me, even on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend Mo2 properties.

I've had many landlords in my life. Mo2 properties is as good as they come. Something got stuck in my washer and it broke. I got day of service without having to front the bill. It was taken care of immediately. Additionally, Mo2 handled the process of having the appliances installed. I didn't have to lift a finger. Definitely recommend if you like convenience and want to be hands off.

It cannot get worse than Mo2. They make promises and never deliver. Apartments look new and renovated, but have tons of issues like windows that don't close, heat doesn't work, and the doors break because they were hastily installed like everything else.
There is zero communication. If you call to ask questions the receptionist will transfer you to someone that never answers. You leave a voicemail, but never hear back. If you put in a maintenance request in the morning someone will show up unannounced the next evening at 8pm.

Worst building management I have ever experienced. Refused to provide any sort of assistance with awful neighbors. Problem has gone on for months, multiple complaints and nothing done. They will gladly give you the run around on not being able to do anything though. Would not suggest renting from a building that has them as the management company.

Highly recommend Mo2's apartment complex at 944 W. Grace St. The apartment is updated with modern finishes and is very spacious for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Other positives include the option to have parking on site, pet friendly and a very responsive management team. Also it's walking distance to Sheridan and Addison L stations and multiple bus stops.

I was speaking with a gentleman named Max via email about seeing an apartment I found on an apartment search app. We had a scheduled time we were going to meet, I show up and he never does. Whatever, I shake it off. Then we make a new appt for the next week, he tells me his associate is going to meet me to show me the place. Once again, I show up and NO ONE DOES. I call the office the next day, they tell me the apartments been rented!!! Ridiculous, like my time isn't valuable. I'm half convinced it was a fake listing honestly. Poorly run business and untrustworthy.

In my opinion, these guys are predators. If you own a condo in Chicago, watch out. They systematically take over buildings and effectively force you to sell.
If you are a renter, just know the apartment you are in/will be in, is likely a home that was taken from a family (under duress) that was forced to move in a very short amount of time. Not to mention, they are doing this over the holidays, in Chicago, when its the absolute worst timing for moving. I know this because it's happening to my family RIGHT NOW.

Overall, we have been very pleased working with this property management company. One of the best features, in my opinion, is the online portal which allows you to easily pay your rent, make maintenance requests and access your lease information.
They even offer benefit programs! Meaning you can get discounts at certain gyms, pet care services, dry cleaners, and movers, to name a few. We have taken advantage of this a couple of times. We love it!

Have nothing but great things to say about this company! We recently renewed our lease and have been super impressed with their response rate. Maintenance responds right away and gets fixed within 24hours. We actually had our water heater go down over the weekend and they replaced it on Sunday after we called in on Saturday. Our apartment is also very modern and up to date with appliances, my fiancé and I both are very happy with our apartment. We both would recommend this company

I've rented with Mo2 for close to 7 years. They have always been very responsive to any issues I've had in my unit.
I recently resigned my lease and they came an repainted my entire unit and installed new lighting I had purchased, which was really helpful.
Paying online is also very convenient, because who wants to write and mail checks this day in age?

I'd spent weeks with agents looking for a decent studio/1br in Chicago. Everything I found was either way overpriced or in serious need of repairs. I stumbled upon Mo2's Buena Park properties and found my ideal studio: brand new appliances, quartz countertops, updated HVAC system, and generous space at a very reasonable price.
