We had a good experience getting in touch with Ilina while moving to Chicago. Had a virtual apartment tour and got our questions cleared before we decided to move-in. The apartment was as expected and cleaned for move-in with minor issues. Maintenance requests are addressed on time with online requests; no complaints. It was great to work with Charlmers. He was personable and communicated clearly. He was great at answering questions and responded in a timely manner. He made me feel comfortable throughout the application and move in process. I would definitely work with him again.

Cydney was great through the process of helping me get a lease signed at a property I was excited about. At one point after the initial showing, she was a bit short with me but I believe it's because there was an issue initially getting into the unit, ultimately probably setting her schedule behind. Other than the shortness after the showing, Cydney was extremely prompt, patient, and responsive to my messages and questions.

Our real estate broker, Matt Ayo, was very professional and very helpful every step of the way. The apartment is beautiful and everything that was advertised. The property manager is very responsive and the deal we got was very favorable. We don’t think we will be moving for this place for a long time. It’s perfect.

What an awful experience trying to just view an apartment with these people. I first contacted Matt Ayo who seemed great at first, only to find out he lied to me about when showings could happen for the unit I was interested in. Someone else was able to tour the unit during the time frame Matt said tours weren't allowed, which resulted in me loosing out on the unit. Matt's a child and horrible to work with. After confronting him about him not communicating clearly, he just stopped responding all together. He wouldn't even help me with other properties he might have available.

Carmen was a dream. I had started my search with little knowledge of what I needed, and from start to finish was presented with the best options. I could have been signed to a lease the day we met but she knew it wasn't right for me and presented the best possible option within three days. I have been with Peak's for 5 years, and I have been very happy about my experience. For example, Ilina Ivanovska was super helpful in finding my living space in record time. I had to move from one of the units, and she did a wonderful job in helping find a new one that I absolutely love. She was so accommodating and very responsive. Moving between units in a short amount of time is stressful, but she made it so manageable. Carmen Becker helped get me an amazing apartment!! Apartment hunting in Chicago can be a complete nightmare, but Carmen really helped make the process smooth. She was helpful, kind, and professional. She got back to me quickly and was upfront about the fees and requirements associated with the unit. Booked a showing swiftly and I was able to get approved the next day!! Having to move, somewhat unexpectedly, especially during Covid, has been pretty stressful. Everything you find seems to be gone before you even have the opportunity to view it.

Yohana worked with us on a unit that we were interested in renting, going so far as to take videos of the unit while we were remote. Although she was pleasant and responsive, the application process exposed numerous fees which were not previously identified in the discussion of apartment cost. It then came to light that the marketed pet fees weren't applicable and that the unit wouldn't allow pets.

This disclosure of pet fees which clearly weren't the fees as defined by the owner concern me about the rental practices of Peak Realty and Yohana clearly wasn't working closely

I worked with Oren to find my condo and he was very quick to respond to emails and listen to what I was looking for, making sure to stay within my budget. I met with Shane in the office and he helped me with all of my questions. The office has a very warm staff and I am happy I used this company to find my new home!
