I absolutely love living here...even though it’s only been 1 week. The building is impeccable, clean, loaded with amenities, with views that are stunning. The units themselves are designed with top of the line finishings, and also intelligently made to optimize the space for storage and overly comfortable living space. The staff is beyond amazing...super professional, super nice, and accommodating to your every need and want. Living at The Albion is a high-end experience. The building amenities are stunning (designer lobby, party room...). The views are beautiful. Most of all, the staff make the experience outstanding. Birute, the manager is extremely accommodating and thoughtful. Sarah decorates parties and makes killer drinks like a party professional. The building is a stone's throw to nice, downtown Oak Park restaurants. We will definitley miss living there!

Adia is one of the most professional and nice leasing agents I've had the pleasure of meeting. I had the pleasure of touring both virtually and physically. I love the place. It's beautiful! Everyone seems so friendly, (which is really a breath of fresh air). The application process is so easy. Adia made everything very simple. It was really great working with her.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Living here was terrible and stressful.I had neighbors banging on my wall. Tenants partying and making a mess in common areas then blaming me. I was constantly being harassed by management and tenants. One tenant even tried to poison my dog. Homeless people would access the garage and lobby and harass me. My sink had a water leak and destroyed all of my products. Management sent me email saying I would be responsible for any damage the water leak caused to the appliances. I've spent over a year at Albion and I cannot say enough good things. From day one, I've had the best time of my life here. The amenities are amazing, everything looks spectacular and is so well maintained. You can always find someone to help you and they'll go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and like a priority. Albion OP was the most clean and modern apartment I've stayed with over the last 10 years. You're definitely living in luxury at Albion under contemporary interior design. The staff is prompt and very helpful. Special thanks to Birute for helping me maneuver through my lease! I only moved away because of work, but I hope to be back to the enjoy the top-tier amenities and proximity to amazing restaurants and downtown Chicago.

Albion is the best place I have lived hands down! This is the 8th place I have rented in the Chicago area and nothing compares or comes even close to it to how amazing it was living here. We absolutely LOVED living here. The staff is exceptional. They go above & beyond for you & make you feel right at home. The building is gorgeous, our apartment was stunning, & the amenities are phenomenal. I highly, highly recommend living here. You won't regret it.

Living at Albion has made moving to Oak Park a great experience. Surpassing my expectations and becoming my favorite living space thus far, I am so glad I chose to live at Albion. Not only are there several amenities, but also the service and staff are wonderful and always bring a smile to my face. Especially during COVID it has been amazing to live someplace so homey and cheerful.

We've had chronic water loss (pressure, temperature, and full on zero water) to our apartment since Nov '20. For paying over $3000/mo. this is disappointing and aggravating to say the least.
The only actionable solution that we were provided, straight from the property manager, was that the next time water goes out in the apartment during a shower, we can use a showering facility on the first floor (through the lobby) to complete our shower. What a joke.
