I have lived in Towne House for about 2 years since the 2019 summer. It was a nice and happy experience. The managers and 24hour doormen are always willing to help people sincerely and tried to inform us before something happens. And maintenance is quite prompt. Towne House is not a very new apartment, but the maintenance is indeed amazing. They deligently upgrade something every season (seasonal gardening, laundry room payment system, carpet and wall, etc). Everything is running very smoothly. They even prepare a lovely poinsettia pot for every Christmas season for every unit. Also, neighbors

I saw the negative review and it broke my heart :(:(... so I thought I would go ahead and put in my two cents... Background: I'm a med student and I'm usually too lazy to write Google reviews no matter how much I love a place (this is the second one I've ever written), so hopefully the existence of this post tells you what you need to know. Anyways, I live in one of the studios; its 600 sq/ft (HUGE) at $955/mo, AC/heat/electricity included in rent, giant walk-in kitchen, etc.

We lived here in 2011 and then again when we moved back to St Louis in 2015. The first time we looked at other central west end options before settling for here. Our experience was so good that we didn't even think twice about living here again. The quality of service here is exceptional - Linda is always accessible and the kindest most accomodating person imaginable. The door men are all amazing and extremely helpful. The building and the management is terrible.
Every few hours there is SEWAGE smell all over the floors, bathrooms....
Tub and sinks clog every other day.
Requested service for any maintenance takes days to months.
you will receive unexpected utilities bills randomly.
There really is nothing good about this place and living environment is not friendly and INCONVENIENT. AVOID!!!!!! AND RUN FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
