I was in town visiting my aunt when we discovered some pretty severe challenges needing immediate attention. I contacted the office staff, (which presented quite professional), who then told me that they would have Maintenance contact us and address our challenges post hast, and that is exactly what happened.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

The new maintenance supervisor, Andrew, took the time to clean up the grounds outside of my parent's house. He took the time to empty the dog trashcan that was unbearable during the summer heat. He is a breath of fresh air for the property.... Literally

Apartments high asl for no reason.
1. Everything in these units is outside. Carpet, appliances, paint, doors, etc.
2. Very poorly insulted. Electric bill will be 200+ all year round
3. Water pressure is terrible in the bathroom and kitchen
4. I still havenā€™t found it yet but I think they have a secrete drag racing track on the property somewhere. You hear Hellcats & Trackhawks all night with sirens here and there šŸ˜‚
Iā€™ve been living in Florissant for years (3rd apartment) and this property has been my worst experience so far.

I was just informed that since I left Sugar Pines Apartments they will keep my $400 security deposit plus I owe them $316 because I had to replace the carpets I was there for four years this place is such a rip off it's pathetic.
I am a disabled veteran, for all my disabled veteran friends out there and all my veteran friends stay away from Monarch investment companies they own Sugar Pines plus other various properties in St. Louis.

Itā€™s not worth the money if they put you in the back of the complex. That ā€œSecurity Gateā€ never works. I was told they had private securityā€¦ they donā€™t. No assigned parking so Iā€™m guessing ppl just park all 5 of their cars, so there has never been a space inside of the complex near my apartment for me to park. So I have to park on Sugarpine Dr! Which is the street that has access to the back of the apartment Complex. My car has been BROKEN into TWICE!. I have reached out to then leasing office to speak to the property manager and she has never responded. In fact! One time She answered

Scammers. They always try to hit you with crazy fees. Noisy at all times of the day/night and they don't like to fix stuff. Super high rent and old carpet/appliances. Would never live here again in my life.

This place is extremely noisy all hours of the day and night. Furthermore I just moved out of Sugar Pines Apartments now they want to charge me for replacing the carpetā€˜s and touch up painting of the walls I love them for four years you think that would be normal wear and tear. I personally wouldnā€™t recommend this place itā€™s not as good as it is like to make it sound!

Renter beware they will show you nice apartment then move you into crap. Then in order for you get the nice apartment they original show you. Have to pay more in rent and if you call for maintenance it take them several times to fix something. The manager onsite is very awful, rude women and will lie to your face without blinking a eye. In conclusion if you think about making this your home, Do not is not worth the headache and money..
