Leaky pipes, thin walls that let you hear everything your neighbors do or say, and frequently broken laundry machines that take your money but won't dry your clothes. Things constantly break and maintenance only patches them up so they break quickly again. Apartments look cute when you tour but are poor quality.

I was a resident from 2018-2020 and aside from the apartments themselves being modest (not luxury) this is an apartment you’ll want to get before their prices go up.
The maintenance team is superb getting to my requests most often within the day. The leasing office is professional and helpful where they can be. The location is likely one of the best in STL for this budget range with a 15 min walk to the heart of the west end, and a 25 min one to Forest Park. The residents are also pretty chill. The appliances are brand new, at least mine were. I have zero complaints. Again the only detracting

My first apartment in St Louis. Instantly felt comfortable and welcome here when I was given a tour and then when I moved in. I've lived here for over a year now with no complaints. Maintenance is always timely and the apartment is the perfect walking distance from restaurants and the park. Apartment itself was all updated when I moved in and really clean. Office staff are always so friendly!!

I love the loft style apartments! They come with stainless steel kitchen appliances, plenty of floor space, and plenty of closet space! Some have a half bath downstairs, which is really convenient. Some also have a balcony or patio. I love my patio, it's great for studying and reading outside. The apartment has minimal noise, and great staff and maintenance. The central outdoor area looks beautiful as well, and has grills to cook on. Overall a great space!

I've been living here for the past 4 months. The apartments are 2019 renovated! One of the main reasons I chose to move into these apartments is the cordial and candid management who didn't try to oversell to me. The floor-to-ceiling windows enrich the living experience. The heating/cooling-inclusive rent makes it attractively affordable. The lack of a fitness center in the building is a drawback, but they makeup for it with their spacious parking. Overall, it is a great place to live in the CWE!

I have lived at a variety of apartment complexes in Saint Louis and Columbia and Park 44 has been the best by far. The office staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance staff complete work orders quickly and efficiently and are friendly as well. I have not had any issues with noise here, it is typically quiet both during the day and at night. Covered, secure, underground parking is an extra fee but definitely worth it. The location is great--walking distance to BJC hospitals and the Central West End. Park 44 is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it!

Moved into this complex about three months ago and have loved it here. All the appliances were replaced with brand new ones prior to my moving in. I submitted a maintenance request for a few things I noticed after moving in (a missing blind, closet door out of alignment, etc.) and all of the issues were resolved within a few days. The management staff have all been wonderful to interact with and very responsive to questions and requests.

I've lived here for about a year now - first in a studio, and then I recently moved to a 2BR townhome. The apartments are absolutely perfect - well-designed and spacious. The appliances are new (replaced in the last couple years, if I'm not mistaken), the maintenance team is very quick to respond to any issues and the complex in general remains clean. The management is a pleasure to deal with (not many can say that)!

Last summer, I was looking to move in with my significant other. However, he lived in one of the lofts in this complex, which would have been a bit small for the two of us (don't get me wrong, these units are excellent for someone looking to live alone!). The same month my lease with another complex was going to end, a townhouse at Park 44 was being vacated by the previous tenants. I immediately jumped on this opportunity and we shortly thereafter moved into a lovely two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit.
