I love the space and layout of these townhomes. Some of the townhomes does need to be updated like as far as fixtures, paint color and appliances. There is A LOT of kids & young teens running around playing or just hanging out but for the most part they do keep to themselves. The park area REALLY needs to be updated, over grown weeds, 1swing missing, missing seat on the sea saw and the dinosaur been dead for a few years now. Needs new equipment & mulch. It has a lot more space, I would love to see a spot for the young adults to hang so they don’t be hanging out in the driveways & front entrance

Josh was great but god called him home after he left EVERYTHING went down hill... Don’t even look stone bridge way. They or unorganized, gas leaks in almost every townhome. They take section 8 n low income. There are at least 100+ kids running around can’t even enjoy your afternoon. Long story short this was a BIG MISTAKE!!! We have had a gas leak the whole winter per Spire gas company. The gas has been off since 3/28/17 and still not on because of the leak. Several men have been to the home where there’s no hot water, heat or can’t provide food for my family because it’s a gas stove

I appreciate the New Maintenance crew here Phil and DJ . These two men are awesome and on top of ANY Maintenance issue I have . I haven’t met anyone in the office yet for real but when I do call for work orders the ladies are nice and quickly put order in . Phil continue to be awesome u are a blessing and DJ too.

I love it at Stonebridge! The staff is awesome I'm not sure what others are saying because anywhere you go there are going to be rowdy children that's on the parents and how they raise their children they send out letters saying that if you have any concerns about anyone disrupting or causing trouble to call them immediately and they will handle it I've done that personally and they have handled it right away Josh and Lameisha are great and very nice !
