From the ratings that I saw before going to the location seemed very promising and the stylists seem very talented at the work they do, but this is only an assumption considering I wasn't even able to access the facility. Their website nor the person that answered the phone when I called ahead notified me that you will need to call yourself in and that parking is very limited for people that will be driving to their shop. This at first was fine beforehand as I tried to get all of that on my own. However despite preparation on where to park, sadly public parking there only had a max of 2 hours,

My 17 yr. old niece bleached her own hair so she could have lavender colored hair. It was completely damaged. So before she did any more damage, I took her to Christian. First, he and his staff are so down to earth and Christian just exuded warmth and happiness. His work is amazing. He took my niece’s incredibly damaged bleached yellow hair and transformed it into what she wanted-lavender colored hair that looks so pretty on her. The color, texture and shine was beautiful. What a transformation. She was so happy she came to him. Thank you Christian!

Ive gotten my color done here for years by Monique and she’s totally worth it. I used to have dryness and damage in my hair but now it’s healthy after being recommended the proper products and treatments over time. Clinten has given me some impeccable haircuts also have gotten blowouts by Christian as well. My hair always comes out so silky smooth! The team here is great.

Color Lab, specifically Monique, can definitely handle 3c/4a/4b girls!
I went on 2/9 for a color correction, going for silver, and Monique knew what she was doing. She cared about maintaining the health of my hair, so after coloring me she put some bond smoother on me and told me to hold off on blow drying my hair for a few days. Reluctantly I waited, but on 2/12 I gave myself a wash and blow dry and WOW! I love my new color. I want a little more silver, but my hair is definitely 10/10. Thanks Monique!

Each of the stylists has unbelievable talent but my personal experiences with both Monique and Clinten have been nothing less than perfection. They take extensive amounts of time with each client in order to ensure that the client is getting EXACTLY what they want, meanwhile making the experience enjoyable and finishing each appointment in a timely manner (without rushing of course). Very clean, sanitary, and spaced out. Followed the social distancing regulations as expected! Masks are mandatory for entry and during services.

My stylist was Clinten and he was completely professional and creative. I described how I want my hair to look and he made it exactly the way I want it! His work exceeded my expectations and he was conversational, relatable, and extremely caring

Before the COVID shutdown, I had a very bad experience getting my hair dyed grey... and right when I could get it fixed, everything shut down. So, I spent a good amount of time with my hair being half grey and half my natural color.

Came here during phase 3 for what was now my final cut and color. The law requires everyone to wear masks in places of businesses, and while I was masked, a stylist let his guest go unmasked and eat his lunch in the chair next to me. When I asked my stylist why this was happening, I was reassured that it wasn't a big deal. The decision to give my business to someone more responsible was made in that moment. Byeee!

I made two separate appointments - one for a haircut and one for a white out. Every time I went in I was helped within 5 minutes. The inside of the salon is intimate, which I appreciated. There is never more than a couple of other people getting something done at once.
I scheduled both my cut and color with Clinten. Clinten was so professional and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut only ended up lasting ~30 minutes, but not because he rushed it. He'd cut

I called Color Lab after my red hair was ruined at another salon. They were able to see me quickly and did AMAZING work. I walked in with maroon roots and brassy ends and left with glowing red blonde that I love! Christian and his staff make sure you get what you are truly looking for in your hair color. Monique is the ONLY person I trust now to do my hair!! She is one of the kindest, sweetest people I've met, and is one of the first hair professionals that genuinely listens to exactly what I want and really does a lot to ensure I am happy with the results. She is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever met. Could not recommend her and the whole salon enough.

This salon does a wonderful job every time. Their services are of great quality with really good pricing. I have seen both Christian & Monique. Christian does a wonderful job at both color and cut. I recently had Monique do an overall color and she did a great job too. Monique is just a really nice person to chat with. They are always very honest in their recommendations which is appreciated. Anytime anyone asks me for recommendations about where to get hair cut/colored I immediately point them to colorLab. I have a LOT of hair that changes texture, how wavy it is, etc depending on the weather, hormones, seemingly the direction of the wind that day, but Monique is my savior. I've been going to her for a while and at this point I just sit down, she asks a few quick questions and she's off to work her magic. I've pointed my friends/family to her, all with totally different hair and wants and she always knocks it out of that park.

I have always hated my hair. Always. The color was never quite right, the cut was never quite right. It was a source of constant stress. Until I came to ColorLab.
The past 8 months have brought me to a place where I LOVE my hair. The color, the length, the cut, the texture. And it's all thanks to Christian and his team.
Christian is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. You'll be blown away by how quickly and beautifully he can accomplish a full balayage. I can't recommend them enough

I haven't ever dyed my hair, with the exception of some at-home colored ends, and I was so nervous going in. But Clinten made me feel super welcome. He's very conversational and fun, but not at all unprofessional. I had a blast with him and would've given him a great review even if I didn't like my hair!

I've always wanted to have ash blonde hair but every salon Id go to would say my hair was weak or that the best they could do was a level 6 or go with golden/warm tones which was ok but not what I wanted.
Ive had Color Lab on my radar for some time now and on impulse I decided to take the plunge. Luckily, I was able to secure a last minute appointment for my dream hair overhaul.
