Jessica is a fantastic agent and a great ally. I've been with her since moving to Chicago and she's helped me with auto, renters, and now homeowners insurance. Jessica is knowledgeable about seemingly everything, responds quickly to all questions, and has helpful and engaging staff. IMO State Farm is a solid insurance company, but Jessica and her office take the experience to the next level.

Jessica is one of the best. Easy to reach (phone, email, text) and lets us know about any important changes to our accounts way ahead of time so that we are prepared. She finds the best insurance bundling that makes sense for our family. Really appreciate everything she and her team does. Was with a different insurance company for the longest time, and Jessica was the first agent who was able to convince us to switch. Better rates are one thing, but in case everything is pretty similar, it comes down to the agent herself. Jessica is one of the most responsive agents I’ve met,, always available, and she is able to explain everything in a way (and so patiently) that you will understand it all and be able to make the right decisions related to your insurance needs. Extra points: State Farm actually is saving us some money, but even if not: Jessica is the agent you’d want to work

Jessica is a hands-on agent and has been quick to respond to any needs on our account. When we first were considering making the switch to State Farm, we had found a better rate. However, once rates had leveled out, Jessica followed up with us to see how State Farm could earn our business. Eventually, we switched both our auto and home insurance to be under Jessica's care. The level of customer service is rare! You won't be disappointed.

I have been a lifelong Allstate insurance holder, thought i would remain that way. I was referred to Jessica and her team by a colleague, the office is in a great location and close to downtown so easy to pop in if i have questions. She quoted me on my car and house which she was able to provide a 22% savings. Her team is not one of those teams where you give the business and never hear back, they call on my birthday, i get Christmas cards, the thoughtfulness goes beyond the business and they really make you feel like you are part of the family! Very impressed with her and her team!
