I have been a client for over 30 years now and never once have they ever called me to see if I wanted to review my insurance policies or even suggest another policy to me. I now after all these years have my very first claim due to a leakage caused by my Condo building in the beginning of June 2020 and still have not heard anything about my claim and it is the end of August 2020. It was my understanding that State Farm was suppose to be one of the better Insurance Companies but obviously that is not true at all.

Kathy will send you the questions she needs answered 1 at a time in multiple emails. If you find this communication effective then this is the agency for you.
I find multiple message with one question a waste of my time. I would not recommend working with anyone that does not understand the value of a well thought out email, rather than a stream of conscious.
She is responsive. She is quick. But I would rather a slow well focused level of contact.

I have seen so many horror reviews on insurance agents, especially State Farm Agents, but rest assured Roni Siegel is a true and ethical person in a sea of sharks.
Customer service is number one with Roni Siegel. Though she is not my agent I had the pleasure of witnessing her AMAZING customer service last year. I am writing this so late because I have found how poor customer service CAN be when it comes to insurance and related entities, but her assistance had no benefit to her or her colleagues as I am a Statefarm bank member and had to have my identity verified with a local office w/ corporate

I was looking for a local State Farm office to transfer my policies and walked into this office and was greeted like an old friend. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and made sure my transfer went well. I am very happy to have found this office in walking distance of my home and will refer my roommate.

I've been using Roni's office for the last 4 years and an extremely satisfied with the product and level of customer service. I work with Kathy Musto out of Roni's Wells St. office. Kathy either picks up or promptly returns my calls. I put her through the paces of getting the right coverage and she kept smiling even as my questions kept coming. Most importantly, when she wasn't 100% sure of an answer, Kathy made a note, found an answer, and responded promptly. I've been going to this agency for years now and am always extremely satisfied with the service. Roni's staff has always been very helpful and polite. I've even called after hours (10 mins or so) to give them the info on a new car and they still chose to help. So if you want a great neighborhood agency where the staff puts the customers first then I recommend choosing Roni's office. You won't be dissappointed

I have been using Veronica Siegel as my home insurance provider for several years now. I've never actually talked to her, but the people in her office are really friendly and very responsive. I bought a house and a car recently and they have been really helpful in the process. I feel like they are very honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for insurance coverage.
I haven't (knock on wood) had to make any claims, so I can't specifically talk about that, but everything else has been a smooth transaction.
