Very good in every way. As I waited a few minutes to see Loc, I was able to tell that the people in the office were professional. polite, and client service focused. Loc was very helpful in answering my questions regarding auto and home insurance policies and the various options that State Farm offers and he was able to offer me what I was looking for. This has been the worst experience I have had with any business of any kind. My apt got robbed. I paid deductible then they paid for some replacements. Shortly after they sent me a letter saying that I made too many claims that they were cancelling my renters insurance. I've made 1 claim. Second, they cancelled my car insurance for a whole month without telling me because they said I didn't make a payment. I went in and actually made the payment in person so something like this wouldn't happen. I never got notice, After bringing proof of payment they claimed I was never off the

It's been quite a year of claims for me. My car got hit and totaled and then a broken pipe flooded our condo. In both instances, Loc Vo lead us through the claims maze and made sure we restored 100% +. He is also very honest when advising on coverage levels and riders. He won't sell you what you don't need and he'll make sure you put good thought to insurances that will protect you and your family, not just your car & home.

This is the best insurance agency in the WORLD! No, seriously. They are. I've been with them since 2008 and have been VERY happy. Like a good neighbor, they will drive down the street and jump your car when it dies. They will make calls on your behalf to get a tow truck, find information on a ticket, anything. They are SO willing to help, even when you don't ask or necessarily need it. Oscar is my direct agent, and he's amazing in that sense.
