I have been with Ann Nolan's State Farm office for about 15 years now, and they are truly amazing! I shopped around for the best price, and they really delivered. Now, 15 years later, they always find a way to make sure I'm getting the best deal I can. Add to that they are friendly, super (super!) responsive and just all-around kind and helpful people who are good at their jobs.

I have been using State Farm for all my real estate and auto needs since 2014. Sandy is awesome, extremely responsive and professional. I know I can always count on her. Having a personal connection means a great deal in this day and age of “automated answering system” or outsourcing.

We have used Ann Nolan/State Farm as our agent for over a decade and a half and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience with them.
Along with Sandy, the office manager, they feel like a part of our family. They practically have taken care of us through it all - home purchases, kids, and all our varying coverages (home, auto, and more!).
Incredibly responsive, they always make you feel like a priority! Everytime we walk in on short notice, or send a message for some quick help...always service with a smile. We love them!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pat at Ann Nolan’s office. She was patient, kind, thorough and super sweet. I can’t say enough good things about the time and attention she has given me. I am new to town and a first time condo owners, Pat graciously walked me through options, things to consider and friendly advise. She didn’t push and provided options that would protect me but for an affordable amount. I’m insured with both auto and condo insurance. I would imagine her work is a reflection of the entire office. They have several staff members in the office but I like to work with Sandy. I have found Sandy to be very knowledgeable about the insurance offerings and efficient with handling my insurance needs. I have read the other reviews about this agency that give it excellent reviews, and it leaves me wondering whether they are talking about the same agency I have been working with. The Ann Nolan team makes you feel like a number. No customer service, no follow-up. Instead, they send you to State Farm to try and navigate its claims process without assistance, which is slow and clumsy. You do not get a claims agent, you get an anonymous team and an over 15 minute wait time for calls. It appears that the Nolan agencies only goal is to collect the premium. Truly disappointing.

We decided to get joint renters insurance.

We filled out an online application with limited amounts of our detailed information.

We met with Yolanda. Even though we were told to come in by someone else in the office, when we arrived she asked us to come back later and we made an appointment.

When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted and told Yolanda was assisting someone else and we had a bit of a wait. She was apologetic and eager to start working on our policy immediately.

Things were quickly entered and thoroughly explained.

I was in an odd car accident recently. While still on the scene, I called Ann Nolan's office and Jennifer was fabulous in handling the situation! She arranged for everything and took the worry out of the situation. Before I knew it there was a tow truck there to assist me and the arrangements for my car to be repaired had been taken care of.
