I've been with State Farm for over 15 years and their service is great. I have my home, cars and diamond ring insured with them. One year I lost my diamond on my ring. I called them up told the agent the situation and within one day they replaced by diamond. All the years I've been with State Farm they have been Very helpful.

I have been working the Alysia & Dolores in the Ted Lauder State Farm office for about 3 years now. I switched to State Farm because they have saved me several hundred dollars with my car & home insurance. Alysia & Dolores have always been very accommodating and are great at communicating whenever I have any insurance questions. I had a good experience until trying to stop by to drop off some paperwork. I was not allowed up by security and no one would answer the phone in the office. I'm regretting not signing up with an agent who isn't protected by security in some downtown high rise.

Too many other State Farm reps around to waste your time with this one. If it's an easy sell, no problem, but even be careful then: Not very detail oriented. As soon as you've follow-up questions or want some additional advice: Bad, no one is interested and they'll just ignore you. You raise the concern with Ted: Will just ignore you also. Insurance people are sales people but they also are advisors, and that's what you definitely need when something happens. Here... if it sucks already upfront, I don't want to imagine how motivated they are once they've real work

We have been with Ted Lauder for 20 years. He is AWESOME to deal with, and his staff is, too. We had issues with our old house when we moved in, and he made honest recommendations as to when and whether we should file claims and how each might affect our home insurance rates. We also have our cars insured with him and jewelry as well. You may be able to find cheaper rates elsewhere, but we think the ones we have through Ted & State Farm are competitive. More than anything, I trust Ted and like him, and you want that in an agent when unexpected things happen and claims need to be filed. BTW

I needed to see an agent and their office was the closest to my work. The building security didn't let me in because they won't answer their phone.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
