I loved living at Maple Knoll! The staff is super friendly, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the pool area is amazing! The cost of living in Westfield is pretty high for a single income person, but they made it worth my while. I’ll miss all the sunshine in my apartment and I highly recommend the Ivy Leaf layout! Perfect for a window lover!

It was a nice place to live temporarily while our house was being built. It’s very quiet and clean. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly and the guys were super nice. Linda and Katie were friendly and professional. The dog park is great and the pool is beautiful. It’s close to everything! All in all, it was a great place to be!

I moved to Maple Knoll for 7 months while having a house built, and it was a great experience. The apartment was very nice and quiet, and the staff was always pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and they promptly took care of the few minor maintenance requests I had. I would recommend Maple Knoll as a short or long term residence.

Stayed here for about four years and really enjoyed it. Very quiet and friendly community. Linda and Katie were super helpful and answered any questions that I had. Anything maintenance related, the maintenance team would respond quickly to resolve the issue. I would most certainly live here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Westfield/Carmel area.

Absolutely LOVE living here. I recently moved in here in August 2020 and this is definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Staff is amazing, especially Linda. She makes the whole process before moving in as simple as can be. No secret fees, no hurdles to jump. After living here for over six months, I’ve only had to put in a few maintenance requests for small things such as: light bulb replacement and a clogged drain. (Long hair problems) that’s literally all. The maintenance guy is extremely nice and very cautious coming into all apartments(especially during this pandemic). He

Maple Knoll is the best apartment I've ever lived at. 2020 was rough on everyone but the complex set up food trucks so we could come taste different foods each week. They also have loads of monthly events for you and your family to take part in. We even won 1st place in a Disney trivia night out by the poolside hangout. It's a great place to live and I can't recommend it enough.

You do not realize what a great complex you lived in until you move! I lived here for 2 years. Maple knoll will always be my favorite apartment I lived in bc of their friendly, professional, warm hearted staff, their quick to fix maintenance department, and their well maintained apartments. The events are well organized that make you feel welcome and part of a community. They check in with you to make sure you are happy and are informed on events. Just a great place to live!

I've lived here for 1 1/2 years. Maintenance is quick to fix light bulbs or drains. Neighbors have hosted patio parties and babysat for us. We typically have 4 events each month for all neighbors in/near the clubhouse. The grounds are well-maintained, and the apartments are open and updated. Bets of all, I have always felt safe here.

I have lived here at Maple Knoll Apartments for two years now; going on three and I have been very pleased with everything. The office and leasing staff are very friendly. The maintenance staff are very courteous and resolve any issues I've had within about a day. Mandy and Linda are a great management team and their doors are always open to me to talk through everything from issues to ideas for improvement.

I have lived here a little over two years and I really couldn't be happier!! The staff here is awesome :-) They have really taken the time to get to know me and make living here fun! We have lots of resident events such as the pool party that just ended! There's really something for everyone. Our apartments are nice and if I ever have an issue maintenance is right on it! I love the area and can't wait to see it expand even more :-)
