Nice location and decent layout. Just don’t expect good management and everything to always be working. Far from luxury. Elevators break every week (beware if on 4th floor), bottom parking deck has been flooded, I went over a month without a working dishwasher and now a broken clothes washer that will take who knows how long. They blamed it on C19 distribution issues, but easy to find such a cheap dishwasher!! I wish I could love this place but definitely don’t for all of the inconveniences they create/allow... especially when there are others around for a fraction of the price.

Love this place! Best Management Staff, Best Maintence Techs, Best Location! The apartments are insulated Very Well, easy move in with separate cargo elevator and loading dock, free underground parking. Last but not least it is right on the Monan! Need I say more! Thank you for everything all staff at Sophia!

They pride themselves on “luxury living,” but have horrible customer service and front staff. The amenities they pride themselves on such as fireplaces and gaming centers do not work properly and or they make a lousy excuse and say they don’t work so they don’t have to exert energy into fixing them. Also, one of the main ladies who works in the office, Kristy, is a complete freak.. I have caught her multiple times taking pictures of me, she polices the hallway, and makes people validate their living credentials when she unwelcomingly pokes her head out of her apartment door - She lives

I recently moved from Sophia Square after a year of living in the community, but not for a lack of loving my apartment! The location is ideal, especially during the Spring and Summer months when Main Street is buzzing with regular festivals and activities that give an awesome energy to the community. The facility offers really great amenities, and the apartments themselves are comfortable, spacious, and modern.
The leasing staff is also a pleasure to work with, and makes an effective and sincere effort to ensure you are always taken care of. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone

Trucks unloading for the businesses on the first level wake you up with a lot of noise at 4:30 AM at least two days a week. They won’t let you out of your contract even if you become very ill and are awakened early in the morning having taken pain meds that make you very sleepy. Also, the hallways reeks with pet urine and is such a sickening smell when you are ill. It’s money over your health with them. And last but not least, my one bedroom apartment stays so cold that I can only stay warm if my heat is turned up to 80 degrees. This is a terrible apartment match for me, but it’s not the

I originally signed my lease and decided to renew it twice because of all of the attractions and festivals in the area, many of which are free! The free underground parking is also a major perk. There's a Gallery Walk once a month, and there are typically 2 festivals each month during the summer. The apartment has a great pool area and amenities center, and the Monon Trail is immediately adjacent to the building. It's a great place to host friends and family, and there is rarely a time we cannot find something fun to do. For being a suburb, the Arts District in Carmel is very walkable and easy

Its a great place to call "home". The entire staff at Sophia Square always greet you with a smile and are very helpful on any requests that I put in, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The corridor and facilities area are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and Two level under ground covered parking garage. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with Carmel Downtown and Mo-non trail. The amenities area is awesome.

Not a bad place to live. Some of the layouts are a little strange but the location is pretty nice for Carmel - an Anytime Fitness in the building as well as a few restaurants.
The 3/5 is mainly because of the thin floors and walls. If you don't live on the fourth floor, you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes, and you'll most likely have an upset neighbor below you.

Amanda and Lori are amazing! Amanda helped me find the perfect floor plan. She is new to the staff and I couldn't say enough good things about her. I love living at Sophia Square where I am close to so many restaurants, gym, and the Monon. The staff here has been very professional and helpful! I just signed my second lease here. The paperwork was easy and explained to me very well. Thank you Sophia Square for giving me a great place to live!
