This apartment building in Carmel, IN. Is all smoke and mirrors only one main elevator for over 550 apartments the only available elevator is a freight that is only available when not locked down. Several residents have been trapped in the freight elevator for hours. If you live in the middle or back of the building above the bars enjoy the workout walking to your apartment and if carry anything get help!

We've lived here for 2-years -- as someone who was apprehensive to go from home ownership to apartment living, I had a lot of hesitations. None of them applied to The Olivia. The front office was efficient, the maintenance team is phenomenal, and the other residents have been great neighbors (and the pool is excellent). 2-years later I'm sad to leave -- I never thought that's how I would end up feeling. If you need a place to live, definitely come check it out! Read the other reviews -- many multi-year tenants. That's a great sign!

I've been living here for 6 months now and could not more highly recommend The Olivia! Nicole made the touring and leasing process extremely easy, the staff continues to be quick to respond to any concerns, and the apartment building is always kept in top shape. The location near the arts district, a load of great restaurants, and Meijer just down the street makes it ideal for the Carmel area. Easy 5 stars, thank you The Olivia Team!

This place is amazing! Super friendly and understanding, management is so easy going and willing to help immediately with any issues my partner and I ever had! Far as parking concerns if you park closer to the front where it says The Olivia it's plenty of parking spaces. If you park closer to the restaurants it's kinda hard to find a spot. My overall experience here has been great!!

I lived at the Olivia for one year and it was great! The complex is safe, secure, and there are so many amenities around. I loved the pool during the warm weather months, and I loved living above some of the best restaurants in Carmel! The apartments are spacious and clean, maintenance was quick when there were issues (there were never many), and the people in the leasing office were super friendly- Brittany was a joy to work with! I would have definitely stayed for another year if I hadn’t purchased a home. I highly recommend the Olivia for anyone looking for an apartment in Carmel.

We researched for months to find the right home when moving to Indy from Los Angeles and I am so glad we have found it! The apartments are gorgeous, the management team is the best, the maintenance staff is so friendly and prompt to respond to any issues, and I've met some amazing residents who have become great friends! Our initial plan was to rent for a year and then look for houses to buy but I'm trying to put that off for as long as possible because I absolutely LOVE living here!!

During a blizzard with freezing temperatures, our upstairs neighbor turned their heat off for whatever reason, and the pipes burst. Our entire apartment's paneling was ruined, and the management initially told us it would be 3 days until we could move back in (they put us in one of the model units in the mean time.) Three days passed, then they said a week, then ten days, then after two and 1/2 weeks we could finally move back in. We had to keep asking them during the process, and they finally emailed us back with dates (inaccurate dates) after we inquired a couple times. The rugs were ruined

I have lived here for more than a year now and have absolutely loved it! When my lease was ending, it was a no brainer to sign for another year. I moved here from New Jersey and didn’t know what to expect. Over the last year this place has really felt like home. When we were apartment hunting for our daughter's move to Indy, we looked at multiple properties in the Carmel area, and quite frankly, nothing we saw was comparable to The Olivia. Although our first visit to the property was as a walk-in, Travis went above and beyond in showing us the property and all that it has to offer. We have lived here for just over three months and this has been the worst living arrangement that we have ever experienced. We chose to live here because of the convenient location and the brand new units. The units have beautiful appliances and floor plans, but unfortunately there are a lot of negatives. The first thing we noticed was that there is virtually no sound absorption between floors and because of this we are not able to sleep when the family above us is awake. (I will say we don't hear anyone next to us.) This is especially difficult for us because our days off of work are different

The Olivia is exceptional in design and service. From the safety of the building to the amenities, I can't say enough good things. The office staff is AMAZING. The manager, Lori, is delightful to be around and has been a wonderful asset to the residents and myself. Travis is always a huge help and I have always received prompt response from him. Dalal assisted me through my lease and move-in, I cant recommend her enough!! She is always polite and happy to see me even in the busiest of times. Wow! I got the amazing opportunity to be at The Olivia on Main grand opening this past week and it was amazing! The finishes in the apartments were beautiful and the layouts are so great. I also have never seen a pool so amazing! It was by far the most beautiful pool deck I have ever seen! Last and definitely not least, the amenities center! It has amazing features and is so clean and beautiful. I would love to live at The Olivia on Main! I would highly suggest taking a look if you are interested in living in the Carmel area!

I was here I over the weekend viewing friends. Place looks amazing and seems well designed. However, the quality is lacking. The floors will not absorb any sound and you will hear footsteps from people above you. If they have kids then hope you are a sound sleeper. The windows aren't the greatest and you will hear sounds from the outside. Depending where you are, you might have to walk a bit to the elevators. There is two elevator banks - one in middle of complex and one at main complex. There should be another one at the far end of complex. There is no handicap accessible doors in the parking
