I had a good experience at Hamilton Square. Maintenance was always prompt when needed and the atmosphere was quiet, I always felt safe even working a night shift and coming home at 3am. The staff is always friendly and do their absolute best to fix any issues you may have. The maintenance team is amazing!

Absolutely love my new townhouse with a beautiful lake view. This is a quiet, safe and peaceful place. The office manager is on top of it, we're request a new dishwasher and we got it the next day. I want to change something else and he listened and made it happened. (I am picky:) The maintenance guys have done a great job taking care of work in my house. And i can pay online and its super easy unlike my last place i lived at.

Have been living here for just over a year and WOW what a great place to live! Great location, good amenities, good community. The leasing staff and the manager are very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I loved living here. I stayed for two years, just moved recently. It was usually quiet and peaceful. The office staff were always so nice and helpful with any concerns/questions. The maintenance would also respond promptly and were just as kind. They even made sure to routinely check air filters, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc. If I didn't move to be close to family I would still be here. Great place and nice area.
