Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

My husband and I have tried to get in touch with this complex at least 5 times in the last week or so. We have both left voicemails and filled out the ‘email us’ form on their website. We have yet to hear back anything from anyone, but at this point even if they had what we needed, we’d pass. They never answer the phones or return voicemails/emails. Extremely poor communication.

I have tried to get in contact with the apartment complex to find out whether or not they had availability at least 5 times through out the year. Unfortunately, no one has called back, I would have considered this place to live if it wasn't for that. Communication needs to be improved on even if there is nothing available. Or if there is even a chance to get placed on a waiting list.

Update: I heard from Jerry and he explained that he started a few months ago and things were not organized properly before, hence the incorrect info before. I am still 6th. Hoping this new staff will be better than the old. Thanks for checking in with me Jerry!

Never been a tenant but based on my conversation with a leasing agent. Who finally returned my call after leaving two messages. They get a rating of 1 star. These folks keep banking hours, without a Saturday available. Apparently no exceptions. That's fine you won't be getting my business. What a joke... I don't know about anyone reading this but I work 5 days a week...

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. They control everything! If you get your tv connection from them, they charge you $90 for their cheapest plan. If you go through another provider, you have to give them a $150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property. There is basically no water pressure. Today, I got stuck trying to get out of my parking spot for 20 minutes because the property manager did not feel it was necessary to put salt down or remove the snow from the parking lot. You do not want to move here , They control the internet and the only sat that you have to get thru the office with an extreme premium and the maintenance man can show up in your apartment at any time, Even when you get out of the shower , Living here will be your biggest mistake , Trust Me If per say you get a 1 br and they say the rent is 575 plan on that rent to be around 800 !!!!!! There is not one happy resident in the whole complex !!
