Great place to live, I just signed my 2nd lease Green Country… They are doing a lot of exterior work with stairs and balconies that’s a plus. The pool wasn’t open this year or last I believe because of covid then maintenance issues. The only downfall really is no washer and dryer hookup but there is a laundromat.. I keep to myself and work a lot but have never had any issues besides a neighbor but his lease was not renewed… Price isn’t bad for the area either.. thanks T Osborne

This is a horrible place I do not live there I made an application paid 100 dollars and than no one would ever answer the phone I sent emails and no one ever got back to me I went to the place to see if I could speak to someone and when I got there I nocked on the door i herd someone there and he would not open after i knocked again he opened the blinds and i explained that i have been trying to reach them through phone and he said there phones are down and than i said what about the email because i emailed too and he stayed quiet and said o that one too is down because its connected with the phone

I lived at Greene Countrie from 2016-2017. It was my first apartment out on my own and for the price/nice look I was so ecstatic to move in! Unfortunately, the apartments are not worth it at all. In the summer time, it's blazing hot throughout the entire apartment because there's no central air- the wall air conditioner is in the bedroom so the living room/kitchen area feels like a sauna-- fans help a little but not much. The laundry room is a joke, there's multiple times when all washers/dryers were taken so I had to delay doing my laundry by days most times! The pool in the summer time is great

RUNNNNNNNNNN ! Do not rent here , this place is horrible , I feel like there is a lot of discrimination that goes on here , && oakwood as a whole if you want to be honest . It's not worth $569 .... You don't even have central air for crying out loud .... Baseboard hearing runs your electric bill through the roof & you have to pay for laundry , if you're not about saving money then by all means pay that $2100 to move in here , but I'm a hard worker , && I wasn't going to keep throwing my money away . I had nothing to show for it , it was a quick move type of thing , bt when that year was up I RANNNNNNN
