Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

The apartment itself is very nice and the office staff and maintenance staff are very nice but there is no sound barrier between the 1st floor apartments and the 2nd and 3rd floors. My upstairs neighbor is extremely loud after 10pm when we are supposed to have quiet time. I have complained but it still happens almost every night. I feel I am not being taken seriously. The stomping and banging keeps me awake some nights til 2:30 or 3 and I have to work at 8am. I have been on work teams calls (I work from home) and my team members have heard the stomping during the day. I have a disability that prevents

If I didn't have to leave a star, I wouldn't! The staff does nothing about disturbing neighbors. Been in and out of the office and sending emails and nothing is getting done. Too over priced for them not to be doing what they are supposed to be doing. Parking is horrible and you don't get assigned parking. I wouldn't move here if I were you.

Great place. We've been here about a month. The biggest "problem" we had was our fobs wouldn't work on the pool and fitness room, but that was quickly remedied. Staff has been super helpful any time we have needed anything. For the size of place, the price is excellent. We were quoted higher rates for smaller units in sketchy areas during our search, so we were happy to find this one. Overall, very pleased.

I love it, love it, love it! My family and I searched for months for a place, and the places we found were used and cost even more than these freshly, beautifully new built apartments. Love all of the safety features. The hardwood floors, carpeting, new appliances all the same matching brand. Bathrooms are huge, beautiful clubhouse, business center and great friendly staff. Mother of four searching for new place can be complicated with spacing, and price you have the benefit of both; BRAND NEW APARTMENTS-I will say yes the construction may for now may not be pleasant on the eyes but the finished
