Can't really recommend this place to anyone and here's why
1. Theft has been an ongoing issue since we moved here. Our old neighbor had his truck broken into and all his tools were stolen, my garage was broken into and hundreds of dollars worth of equipment was stolen and many others have suffered the same thing from garage to car break ins.
2. Severe lack of parking. There is not enough parking spaces for the people that live here and it's gotten so bad that people are forced to park along the grass that says "no parking" and risk getting towed. It's been about a year and nothing has been done

This is one apartment community I would not recommend to anyone! My sister has lived here for two years and the experiences that we’ve had weren’t the best. For starters, there’s a lot of theft around here, her packages have stolen and her car has been broken into. The washers and dryer’s went out constantly which is rented out by a pairing company they recommend to all new tenants. Maintenance team took forever to even come look at or fix them, some of the repairs of things here they had to fix themselves and maintenance checked it off as if they fixed it. I have lived here for almost 5 years and for the most part I love it here. I rarely have parking issues. All the mangers through the years have been friendly. My only complaint would be the price. Rent has increased quite a bit since I first moved in, but I have seen worse apartment communities cost
more with less amenities. It is a quiet area with friendly neighbors.

I've lived here for a little shy of a year now. I moved in right before everything shut down due to Covid. I've had a few issues in my apartment (such as the freezer stopped working, a shelf in one of the closets was missing a supporting bolt, and the toilet lid broke off) but maintenance was quick to help! I have however had an issue with the fridge in my unit for months now and have since contacted the office about. Each time they send the same maintenance guy who always says it has a temperature control issue. Each time our freezer stops being cold making us have to throw away a lot of money

My wife and I have lived here a little over two years now. This is both a first for us living in any kind of apartment complex and we’ve had a really positive experience. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and relaxing and our unit in particular has more than accommodated our needs in our time here. Parking is a little bit of an issue, but it is what it is. I do like that there were 3 visitor parking spots added in the back lot, even if they’re taken 99% of the time. It allows for us to not have our guests walk all the way to the front for guest parking. The only thing I do miss is the trash

A lot of theft around here. People have broken into my garage and others peoples, stole my girlfriends dirtbike along with other things, broken into our cars along with others and stole my roommates truck all within 6 months. Police reports have been filed and we have contacted the office but nothing has been done. The only cameras on the property are on the office and don’t look towards the road. As soon as our lease is up we are out of here. Wouldn’t recommend it here.

I have lived her for years and until recently have loved it. Before choosing to live here make sure you understand there is NOT ENOUGH parking for the amount of apartments. They will tell you that they added spaces which they did but not in the areas where it would matter. Visitors parking is also all the way at the front of the property which is ridiculous.
Trash is everywhere they don’t even attempt to pick it up anymore. The previous maintenance would do it daily. Weekends and periodically through the week the one trash compactor

First time I visited this place, my car was towed because I didn't have a parking permit. I understand the visitor parking now, but I have never been here before and was only parked for a few hours. there was empty parking spots around my car so I wasn't taking others spots. there was also other cars near me without a pass as well yet my car was towed. apartments are also overpriced and not worth it.
