After 30 days prior on the waiting list for a unit that would become available Abby told us we couldn’t see the apartment that we were going to sign the lease for till the day before scheduled move in date 🚩 The day of … This is what was shown to us the maintenance man told me and my boyfriend “ if we knew anyone who painted that would be great “ 😂🗑 we basically ran out of there didn’t sign the lease we ended up moving to grove city under a more professional staff in a cleaner environment.

I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here. The management, Kendra and Natalie, and maintenance are all very helpful and all around great people. I am a young woman that lives on my own and have never felt unsafe here. Management has been doing a lot of recent great renovations to make the complex nicer. The maintenance men are awesome and make it a mission to get to you asap and have always left me satisfied. Parking has never been an issue and they routinely spray for bugs which has also never been an issue for me. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Crest

On a single income I searched long and hard for an apartment that “felt right” and could accommodate most of my wants for an apartment on a budget. Not an easy thing to find. I landed on Eagle Crest because it simply has the most to offer in this price range. I sat on a wait list for a few months before they had something available for me because I truly believed this would fit most of the criteria I was searching for. Upon meeting the management they immediately made me feel welcome and accommodated, no judgement or prejudices included. Since I’ve lived here, I haven’t had a single incident

I have lived here for three years now, and witnessed the change in management. This is by far the best place for the price in the area. As a young female living alone, I feel totally safe. It is secluded away from the more unsavory neighborhoods, and I have never had an issue outside of the occasional door-to-door salesman. Management has always been kind and helpful to me, even when I didn't deserve it. I would happily rent from them again.

Wonderful complex. Clean apartment when moving in. Very helpful staff, doesn't always answer the phone but does respond back quickly. Maintenance is quick and accurately fixes problems/advises on how to avoid them. Parking lot/complex roads are a mess, really need fixed, knocked off a star. Pool is kept very clean, fitness room is small but tidy.
