We love living here! The Staff is so accommodating. Any time we have an issue, things we may have caused, they are there to fix. We love the different activities provided each month like: movie night, donut day, make your own pizza, Christmas in July pool party. The list goes on and on. The pool and gym room are amazing bonuses. We love our neighbors and the paths set up to walk our dogs as well as the doggie stations available to pick up their waste. We will miss living here because the conveniences have really spoiled us.

I have lived at Grove City Summit for 3 years. I can’t say enough about management and maintenance. Management plans frequent activities for residents to come together to socialize & meet new neighbors. I’ve been lucky on two occasions to win an OSU Crockpot & a Kohl’s gift card. They also help the community by having drives to collect school supplies, food for Mid Ohio Food Bank & an Angel tree to provide Christmas gifts for children in need.
I’ve only had to call Maintenance a few times. But, every time has been a fast turn around. I had a refrigerator issue that couldn’t be fixed

This place is awful, three different people told me three different things how the process goes, I highly recommend you go live somewhere more organized and more professional! The property manager is rude here and hateful. Plus there a rip off you can get a house for the price they charge! I will be waiting 40 days for my money from them, after being told it would be refunded on my Card in 5 business days! Run and never live here!

I feel like I live on a resort the pool the clubhouse the outdoor amenities are exceptional kept clean always in great condition couldn't be happier!!
The staff here is unbelievably sweet kind and not bad to look at LOL- I have had three things fixed in my apartment since I moved in a lightbulb in the refrigerator one of the slats in the blinds fell down and there was some drywall that I wanted repaired the maintenance crew responded quickly efficiently took care of the matter very pleasant experience!
My utility bills seem to reasonable I enjoy being comfortable and have not had any out

Since I posted my review, I am being told by the apartment complex attorneys I have to remove my statement. I guess as my opinion was too offensive to their community.

This place is a joke...terrible parking..not sound proof..horrible management..also had friend who gave notice they were moving after their lease was up. The place they were going to move too approved them gave them a move in date and backed out cause peer wanted to move back. So they told management they needed to stay until they find a place. Management said no. Now they are without a place to live and they have a child. Now they have lived there for over a year paid there high rent and elec water on time never late. Also the garbage situation sucks..there is one dumpster in this place at the

The apartment itself seems well built. Some apartments have garages and some do not. There is permit parking and plenty of parking for guest. Application process was quick and efficient. Office staff are friendly and professional. Neighbors are for most part quiet. Occasionally I can hear them but not to the point it is unreasonable. For those who need to know all aspects before deciding on a place here are the downsides: The first one is the major downside which will totally wreck havoc for those on a budget.
