We're a group of 12 individuals working together as one to provide a Beyond the Expected living experience for our residents and quality housing for the Eagan community. With our combined experience and our unique personalities and skill-sets, we create a super-team of multi-housing professionals! We care about what we do - and who we do it for.
An apartment is not considered "off the market" and unavailable to rent to others until we receive a rental application (plus application fee), a signed deposit agreement, and the performance deposit. Small animals continually kept in a cage or aquarium like fish, birds, and other small animals are welcome at no additional charge.

Promenade Oaks is by far the best place to live in Eagan, MN. The grounds are well kept, and stunning. The playground is amazing and has plenty of room for your child/children to run and play. The walking paths are beautiful and well maintained. You could walk for hours and witness nature at its finest! The neighborhood has a variety of schools, shopping centers, convenient stores and grocery stores. If you should ever have a problem, the staff responds immediately. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, loving, and very kind. There is a beautiful pool on site, a clubhouse, underground parking

Me and my 87 y.o. mother been residing here for 19 years.
This complex is safe, clean, and the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing...If any problems occur, the staff is swift to solve any problems that may occur.. Staff are very nice and friendly..swimming pool, fitness center, basketball court and a nice
playground for the kids as you enter the main entrance..There is 2 strip malls within walking distance...I can go on and on about how Nice

These guys are awesome! The apartments are very spacious and well taken care of. Any issue is fixed within a day or two (at least from our experience) and the staff is incredibly nice and efficient. There is also so much to do around the area for various interests. We are happy to be here!

I am living here for almost 3 years now and thoroughly enjoyed my stay so far. The place is very well maintained with fantastic people around and great shopping /food district at walkable distance. The office/maintenance staff is very friendly and cooperative.
The community comes in 196 school district which is another advantage. The school bus stops right in front of leasing office making it easy for kids.
I just wish that they reduce the rents a bit 😜

My husband and I were so thrilled to find Promenade Oaks two years ago. It’s the first time we have lived somewhere that is actually its own community. The staff is always warm and friendly, they go above and beyond checking in with residents to make sure our homes are safe and everything is working well. We have been extremely happy here and look forward to renewing our lease again this year.

My husband and I downsized from a single family home and have lived here for two years. The move-in process was organized and easy to understand . Everybody in the office has been welcoming and extremely helpful. The couple of times that we have had minor maintenance issues maintenance was here nearly before we hung up the phone. Staff makes sure that the buildings are well kept up and the common areas stay clean. We receive regular communications from the staff by email or personal notes. When we moved into our apartment we were impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep in our unit. Even though

Large apartments with laundry. Underground heated parking. If there is ever a maintenance issue they are on it same day or next if it isn't insanely inconvenient (like a faucet repair). The entire staff is polite, will respond via phone or email. They even send you notifications about issues on the grounds! Package delivery, community parties and sometimes even to go breakfasts in the morning. I have lived here for four years and I'm not leaving anytime soon.

As a current resident since November 2017, I have been completely happy with living at Promenade Oaks in Eagan. I am a retired senior. Mindy is the property manager and does an excellent job. Her staff is knowledgeable, have been very efficient and timely when addressing my needs. They stay on top of things, whether that be snow removal or assuring that tenants abide by leasing rules. The property is well maintained and has been a peaceful, quiet, safe place to reside. I use the heated, underground parking but there is adequate parking outside. The community is extremely beautiful every season
