Your service -- professional, mechanical and personal, has been and still is far and above the norm. I further appreciate the candid responses in: "I don't know but I'll find out." Too bad our politicians aren't as forthcoming. This is "Mayu" who belongs to Brandon Scheinuck. Mayu will be 12 years old on Valentine's Day 2019 and is a Border Collie Mix.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this automotive shop. Carl, the owner and Mike, who runs the front were amazing and treated us like we were the most important customers in the shop. We unexpectedly had a setback with our Jeep and they took us in immediately. They serviced our car within minutes and charged us an incredibly fair price.
We are always pleased with the courtesy at the office ladies and repair services. The technicians have been able to take care of our problems in good time and with understandable answers. Call for appointment due to the vast number of drop in's/travelers encountered on a daily basis. Customer will be called and notified when all repairs are completed and vehicle has been test driven.
To furnish an itemized invoice for fairly priced parts and services which clearly identifies any used or remanufactured parts. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request. To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance.

Excellent customer service from everyone I’ve encountered here. The mechanic, who was quite clearly extremely busy, took almost thirty minutes out of his time to go over EVERYTHING with me. On a day I wasn’t even scheduled. I would highly recommend these guys if you want quality, reliable service.

These guys are The Best. Been taking my 2004 Z4 (and our 2 other cars) to Precision Motors for 7 years and am continually blown away by the high quality work and reasonable prices. Owners Carl and his son, Brandon, knowledge, skills, honesty and integrity can't be beat. Plus, they're really, really great guys. On top of it all, Mike, at the front desk is one of the nicest, friendliest and most interesting people you'll meet. My Family and I give this team the highest recommendation.

I've continued to come back to them for so many reasons. Their professionalism, communication and willingness to see how they can help has impressed me. I had to have all of the wires replaced in my vehicle because I live next to a mountain and the critters love car wiring and making nests. They took the time and made sure everything was running right. Charged me fairly and I felt confident in their work. I have had very good luck with this garage, and although they are not cheap, I always feel like they do the job right the first time, and once they even changed out a burnt out tail light (while I was in for another problem) at no charge. So for me, they have always done the job on time, first time.
