Had a (rather expensive) oil change. Car leaked oil. Took it back; the oil pan plug had been incorrectly reinstalled. Thank goodness it was a slow leak. To her credit, the owner acknowledged their mistake, fixed it, and filled my tank with gas. I guess other bonus items were replaced, but I wasn't told what. (A car owner should always be told exactly what is being done to their car.) So sad; I really wanted to like this place. Trying another shop soon...🙍

2007 Hyundai Elantra needed a clutch assembly replaced.. they took care of it like it was a piece of cake.
Labor was well priced, part arrived quicker than expected, repair completed in no-time.
These are some of your local superheroes that help get high school kids into a real trade too. Highly trained, would recommend 11 out of 10.. don't hesitate, bring the car right to 360 Auto.

My vehicle is a part of my work and is essential to everything I can possibly do to make income, so I reach out to shops for good work and warranties. I spent $1267 on a radiator replacement, fan clutch and rear brakes. That's it. I figure the labor is expensive due to quality work. Well here's the reason why you're reading this review, to save your time and money.

Terrific service when me and my family need it most! Our alternator went out at 4pm on the Friday of July 4th weekend just as we got into Jerome. Power steering went, car turned off, couldn't get it to restart. As later Friday, everyone was closed until Tuesday and I had my wife and 3 young daughters. AAA towing by Stix Men (THANK YOU JIM!) called Helene the owner who told him to tow it there, and she'd do the work on Saturday morning. She met us Friday night to open her shop, confirmed the needed part was local, and had us fixed and out the door by Saturday afternoon, all at a great

I returned at 10:53 NOT EVEN STARTED THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
Awful customer service. NEVER tried to offer rectification of this GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
2 different cars on bays than when I left my car at 8:55.
Wanted to charge $80-90 for oil change & tire rotation.

I got the unpleasant experience of meeting the owner on social media. Unfortunately this shop refuses to step up their sanitation practices during this COVID-19 pandemic. I inquired about their process of sanitation, both out of concern for their employees and customers. The response was "we wipe things down like we always have."
Sorry, like we always have isn't enough for a vote of confidence. Women-owned or not, I would not bring my vehicle here if "like we always have" is their attitude.

Check engine light scare. 360 was the right call! While on vacation in Cottonwood, the check engine light came on. The truck was not acting as though anything was wrong. I pulled into 360 where I was helped immediately by the owner. She was honest and helpful. She put my fears to rest,assuring me that it was probably nothing but a glitch. Three days later back home in California, the truck still has no check engine light and ran like a champ the whole way home. I highly recommend 360 auto repair

I am from out of state and I needed to have a yellow 04 Jeep Wrangler from Courtesy Auto inspected for purchasing. I was provided with a detailed report covering all the different areas of the vehicle. Included in the report is many many pictures. Compression was checked. Oil samples were inspected from the motor, and differential. Metal was found in the differential which was my deciding factor in passing on the vehicle. They mentioned vehicle idled rough, made noise from rear end when turning. Body and windshield had numerous chips. Was educated by Helaine that since the jeep was towed

Brought our van in after the "check engine" light came on, not wanting to get work done in Sedona for price and location reasons, we took it here. They took care of the problem in a timely manner, seemed to do good work, and there is a coffee shop... BUT $110+/hr for labor is as steep as I've ever seen!

Helaine does a great job - and she is honest! A few months ago, my BMW was making an awful metallic clank every time I hit a bump - I thought for sure major repairs were in order. I took the car into Helaine and got a call about 30 minutes later telling me I had a large rock stuck in a spring - no charge!

I can't recommend Helaine enough... wow I am beyond satisfied with her work! My husband and I have gone to her twice so far since we've been in Cottonwood. The first time, there was an issue with our transmission in our truck. She repaired it in less time than she told us AND way under budget for the estimate she gave. The truck has been running great ever since!
The second time was just yesterday. My brakes have been squeaking for weeks now. At the Subaru dealership up in Flagstaff, they told me the brakes were fine, and fixed my power steering instead (which I agreed to, I mean.. I'm not a mechanic

Helaine saved us stress as we had a 1600 mile trip home when we noticed a problem with the front wheel bearing. We had tried several mechanics in town first, all who were too busy to even take a quick look. We found her to be very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her.
