Brandon and his guys are awesome. They helped me with two cars now, always shoot me straight and let me know what is immediate and what I can afford to wait on. As a single parent who usually has a pretty tight budget these guys are the best. Worth driving to camp verde if your in the surrounding area - I do and I'm glad I do every time after dealing with a couple of these ding bats in cottonwood. Thanks again guys!

We were in a bind with a mysterious loss of fuel meter and odometer. Brandon helped us even though they were too busy to be our mechanics he told me to check for a loose battery connection which I did and was able to get our RV up and running again and down the road. Brandon is the best! I had a wheel bearing go out in Cottonwood. Called every shop in a 30 mile radius and NO ONE could get me in for at least 2 weeks. While stuck on the side of 260 between Cottonwood and Camp Verde waiting for AAA to tow my truck, Brandon returns my call and says he can fix it THAT AFTERNOON! Say whaaaaaa????? So I had my truck towed to Integrity, they started on it right away and in less than an hour it was fixed and for a very affordable cost. I was stuck on the side of I-17 S in 110 degrees and got lucky with the tow truck taking my car to Integrity. They were closed on Sunday but got right to work Monday morning replacing the thermostat and worn hoses and getting me back on the road by noon. Grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency in a stressful situation.

To say Brandon and his team live up to their "Integrity" name is an understatement. Was on Route 17 driving from Phoenix to Grand Canyon and all of a sudden the car started shaking controllably every time I tapped the brakes going down the steep, winding roads.
We slowly got off on the nearest exit bringing us into the beautiful town of Camp Verde, AZ. I jumped on maps and found Integrity Auto Techs 7 minutes down the road.
We pulled up and the guys there were super cool, patient and informative. They pulled out car in within minutes of walking inside. They listened to my concerns, found the issue and ordered the parts within 10-12 minutes.

The owner was a well-qualified lead for another shop and ended up opening his own business I was referred to Brandon by his old shop. He is a certified Ford mechanic and replaced my radiator etc. he helped me out immensely when I was driving across counrty the car overheated in Camp Verde. Integrity Auto Techs truly wowed us with their generosity and willingness to do whatever it took to get us back on the road. After my car broke down on the freeway and had to be towed on a Sunday, I scrambled to find an open auto shop. Luckily, I came across Integrity and it was only 8 or so miles from us. Broke down and was towed to this shop around 10 pm on a Saturday. Brandon was already helping another car when I called around 9 pm, and stayed there until I arrived. He diagnosed my car quickly and was remorseful to have to deliver bad news about my transmission. I'm so thankful that he stayed open for me. He even made sure I made it home safe with a text the next day.

I was on a trip to go camping and my car broke down 6 miles from Camp Verde. I'm from California so essentially felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, after business hours, with very little options. We decided to tow it to integrity auto based on the positive review and he seriously was the biggest life saver! Not only did he offer to come in at 8pm to look at the car (we refused and said we were okay to wait until the morning) he also recommended a helpful/accommodating hotel, picked us up from the hotel in his own car when the work was done, and was extremely fair and honest in a situation

There was a horrible racket coming from the right front area of my car. I took it to a dealer and they said I needed new brakes to the tune of over $600. I said no thank you. I went to the dealer where I purchased my tires and they put it up on the rack and down very quickly and said the noise would go away in a couple of days and I did not need new brakes.
