My mom took her car in the middle of 2019 to get her brakes and rotors done. About 10 days after it was all done her car started making really funny grinding sounds, so we called reece and sons and asked them to take a look at it, we took it back, they drove it alone, said it was fine and sent her home. A week or so later it was still making the funny sounds so I had my mom go back and drive the car while they sat in the car with her and lo and behold it made the noise. The team at Reese's have been helping us out for years, but most recently becoming widowed I feel as though they have shown some extra compassion for my situation. I know they've got me covered and that is so relieving for me.
This visit in with my van was due to a sudden leak of coolant that was clearly not coming from the radiator. They quickly found the leak and identified the problem. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I honestly didn't expect my van until the following Friday, but of course, they came through again and had it all done Monday afternoon!!!

While traveling to cottonwood AZ our check engine light came on. I checked out local auto services on line in cottonwood and trusted the reviews of Reese’s and glad I did. They took care of our oil change/ filter and a couple of other issues we had questions about. And since we were in a time constraint all services were done in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Reece’s automotive to anyone. At first I wasn’t sure the soft spoken guy at the counter was speaking to me but it was first thing in the morning so I get it. He turned out to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They strike me as an honest company. I brought an older luxury sedan in and as you can imagine that would be a prime candidate for “up-sells” but not one mention. The car is in good shape and no unnecessary items were brought up. I have a Jeep that I maintain as a hobby and replaced the brakes myself. I just wanted a professional to check the adjustments. You don’t take short cuts with your breaks! They gave me a reasonable quote for work by the hour so I made the appointment. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They checked my work and fine tuned the adjustment but didn’t even charge me. Friendly, clean, competent and didn’t even gouge me when they could have. I’ll be back!

These guys are fantastic! I've gone to them for car service before, and I've been very satisfied with their work. This time I went in because my car was swerving side to side. They first thought the tires needed rebalancing. After looking at them, they told me I needed new tires, and showed me exactly where all four tires were cracking in multiple places - not surprising for 5-year-old tires in the Arizona heat. They first checked to see if they had any used tires in good shape, but they didn't, so they helped me select a set of mid-range tires. There was no pressure to buy an expensive set. They

I have purchased tires in the past and was pleased with the price and service at Reese's.
Today was an oil change. Very pleased with their ability to accommodate me on short notice. They also allowed me to supply the oil and filter, charging me for the labor.
The tech, Steven, was great. At my request, he took pictures of the oil filter location. I usually do my own oil and filter changes, but have been procrastinating on this new to me old car. Reese's will get to do this oil change again. The cartridge type filter is a nuisance to change on the Olds Intrigue w/o a lift.
