Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. Absolutely amazing service! Took it in Thursday afternoon due to a grinding noise coming from a wheel... it was actually about to completely sheer off and cause a bad accident! The manager went all the way to Prescott to get the correct part and had it done by Friday at a very good price! Life savers! Thank you so much A & B Motors!

Stopped in town during my road trip after realizing my skid plate broke and was hanging on by a bolt and a few clips. I don't travel with tools and needed help removing it the rest of the way. I first stopped at another shop down the street and they wouldn't bother helping even though it was a 30 second fix. I then found this shop, the guys brought it in and I was sent on my way within minutes. Sure it was an easy job, but helping out when you know there's no money to be made says more than anything in my opinion. Yelp reviews are lame but I wanna give credit where it's due

I had the ABS light come on while I was in Cottonwood. I called several shops and A&B was the ONLY shop who could get me in right away to run the code. Their mechanic even got under my truck to verify it was a bad wheel bearing, as suspected, and didn't charge me for the inspection or the code. Although they couldn't get my truck in for work for at least a week, I was so appreciative they could quickly diagnose the problem. Thank you for helping me!!!!

I brought in an rear Toyota axle to get a new wheel bearing and the mechanic put a cut and ding in the surface of the hub that seats against the diff housing. Going to need a new hub. I also brought in a control arm to get new bushings pressed in. It was all cleaned up and ready to go. One of the bushings is all bent. Mechanic said it was normal and wouldn’t be a problem. Anyway... if you get your car repaired here, it might work for a while, but watch out. They didn’t even acknowledge the hub was cut up or the bushing was bent. Owner just let it go out the door. Would not recommend.

They completely overcharged us for an oil change and filter and they said they put a new oil filter in for my Range Rover but they did NOT! Beware! They initially charged us over $340 for just an oil change but we talked them down to $250 because we were furious at their cost!
Now we went to a different mechanic and he only charged us $134 for Valvoline synthetic oil, the proper oil filter and says it will last us for approximately six months or about 7500 miles.
A & B is a ripoff!!

A recent move to the area and than the my Toyota Prius didn't start. The triangle of death plus the hybrid battery system dashboard logo popped up.
Bill and Less from A and B Motors made the repair and experience to be simply amazing! They took their time to diagnosis the real issue and didn't pressure me to make a decision on the repair. Knowing the fix would be a new $3k or more battery, I had to decide if it's worth it or not being the cars a 2008 with 166k miles.
No pressure from the shop allowed me to find a good solution by purchasing a refurbished battery outside of A and

Had a blown engine with warranty coverage on the vehicle. Warranty company was being stubborn on approving the necessary repairs. Les, spent several hours on the phone with them to get it approved and then again when they wouldn't cover parts, belts and hoses, that needed to be replaced at the requirement of the engine manufacturer.

We've taken our truck in twice for the same thing needed to have a diagnostic test way pricey. Did it said fixed problem in a few weeks doing the same thing ran some k8nd of fluid threw about 250.00 or 60.00. Then put front breaks on truck 400.00. About a month later started doing what it was doing when we took it in 1st time. They checked it out and told us we need another diagnostic test. We're seniors had our grandson listen to conversation he said grandma they are taking advantage of you. So pretty much 1000.00 of our money to this shop. Our breaks squeak all to hell and our trucks still broke

Since we moved here to Cottonwood AZ 3 years ago we finally had to find a Auto repair shop and quick. Thank goodness for A & B motors... they were able to fit us into their busy day and were super friendly and inexpensive.
I feel so good about finding an auto repair place and will know exactly who to call when any unexpected car repairs come up.

I have used A&B for years unill one day they told me I had a leak that needed to be taking care of immediately. I freaked told them to order the part and as soon as it came in I would bring my care back. When i got home that night my husband told to get a second opionion first. The next day I took it to another mechanic I guess there was a bolt loose he tightened it and told me to come back the next week. There wasnt a leak anymore and when I called to tell A&B what had happened they where just upset that they bought a part for nothing. Very uncaring and heartless.
